Burger King — Inappropriate product

I ordered a meal for 2, one veg and other non veg burger, however the staff at Burger King Modi road has packed both veg and non veg burger in non veg box, which led to confusion and made my vegetarian family member eat a non veg burger. I had called the outlet to report this and the staff were least bothered and lied about was unacceptable.

This kind of customer treatment was not expected from a brand like burger king. I want this to be treated as critical complaint and the actions against the same has to be taken.
