[Resolved]  Burger King — prices and quality of service

i am writing to tell of my discust at the prices my family were charged for 2 meals and a kids meal at antalya airport turkey .we went in to the resteraunt and asked for the meals we were told the price which the board suggested were for meals but were for burgers only so we ordered meals and were charged 33 pounds for them a price me and many of my fellow passengers thought was a disgrace ad to that they were poor quality and with no seats to sit on it was an overall bad experience and one which left me and many of my fellow passengers saying they would not use burger king again.i felt so strongly about this i felt i had to let u know how i felt.i would like to know your thoughts on this as it only takes 1 restaraunt to ruin the otherwise good name of burker king.u can contact me at [protected]@blueyonder.co.uk

Burger King — Poor and Untimely Service!

Frequently each morning before work, I try to grab a "fast food" meal. Around the corner from my job is a McDonald's and a Burger King. I usually grab McDonald's despite the long line every morning. This past month I decided to try Burger King (#11974) to try their new Hamelette sandwich. There was only one other vehicle before me in the drive-thru so I figured this should be a quick experience. Not the case! I waited over 15 minutes from the time they took my order to pick up (I never waited over 5 mins at McDonald's even with a line of 10!). What made me angry is that the staff was rude and did not even say a simple "sorry for the wait" nor a "your welcome" when I said thank you. I decided to give Burger King another try a few days later. To my dismay, I received the same experience all over again! I tried calling the customer service number they had on the window, for some reason the number did not work! I tried the survey number on the back of the receipt, it was another frustrating ordeal and did not work right. I tried visiting the Burger King website and was unable to find an appropriate number for my complaint. I am very frustrated with this whole experience, so I decided to post my complaints everywhere that I may, so hopefully my complaint may be addressed by someone within the company. I won't hold my breath!
I had a very bad experience with the Burger King in Co-op city the Bronx, NY. The manager was very rude I could hardly understand what she was saying, when I explained to her that I didn't understand (when I asked her to please repeat my order) she started yelling and screaming at me stating that she was speaking English and was I stupid!!!. The manager walk away from me yelling at me in a foreign language. Another very scared employee tried to help me after the manager left yelling and screaming, but she returened and demanded that the scared young employee just stand there and read the menu very slowly to me. I was never so embrassed and hurt. Hurting for the employee and very embrassed for myself that I was placed in such a situation. I just walked out, I will never eat at another Burger King again!!! I know she was a manager because her name tag said so, I really didn't see her name. I hope someone reads this message and train their managers better!!!
