I visited phoenix mill outlet on saturday only to stood up with my order for 15 min
When i complain about seating arrangements in restaurant she said you have to self help for your seat as like any other food joints. She even ask other couple to join me in their seat which was for four people. I said its awkward for me to seat with them. She said no sir you have to adjust as you are single. My issue is why single people have to adjust all the time? When couple or family ask us if i need need another seat we gave them. But then why management don't consider arrange seat exclusively for singles. Don't bk care about singles or biased to the couples and family customers? If as she was saying you have to adjust cause you're single why she don't tell couples or family to not to seat in singles stool tables on upper floor?
Please consider this issue and make seating arrangements for singles. Please adopt "for singles counter and for couples table policy" like in america. Was this information helpful? |
