This is fraud repair company they said 6 month warrenty.
I buy my iphone xr screen screen is fluctuating noone response i called many times

They are a fraud company. I recently got my mobile screen replaced and after a day or two i noticed that the gestures and tap to wake on my phone didn't work. I tried contacting them but it's of no use. They don't acknowledge your complaints and kept delaying the process. They only care about thr money and nothing else.

Buzzmeeh company sent the person to repair my broken screen. after the repair my phone's speaker stopped working and after that phone started rebooting. these guys gave warranty but nobody turned up for repair and when I called them they were responding loudly and badly. they have not even provided service to me. My phone is not working at all now. I believe he stole something as well. he screwed my complete phone.

I complete my phones Screen replacement of iPhone 5 s and next day having lots of problem with my phone like touch screen, display and voice .. and I call to the Costomer care no. They give me the reason o[censored]r phone is physically damage we are not replace it ...
this is not right ...

I got my iphone 7 screen replaced in 10-jan-20. Next day i noticed that the touch is not working properly. At the time of repair, i was told that the new screen being installed is of original brand & specifications, as that used in iphone by apple. I tried to contact the buzzmeeh noida customer care many times, but i did not receive any resolution to my complaint. Provided the service at my door step, but when i informed them of the issue i am facing with new screen, it has been almost two weeks and i am still waiting for any update from buzzmeeh. The customer care is extremely ill mannered and untrained, and irresponsible towards customers and services provided by their company. I demand, either resolve the issue i am facing, or return me my money & old screen. I will get the repair done at some other place. I paid ₹6000 for the screen replacement. I have all the call records, messages and mails, for all the communications i had with buzzmeeh. If i do not receive a suitable resolution soon, i will sue this company in consumer court.

- screen replacement at 10jan 20 at 6 pm.
- complain reported on 11jan20
- 15 jan20 cc team krishna update screen will replace by 16- jan-20 as my case is escalated high priority
- 17-jan-20 cc team rehan told me engineer revisit planed today but as of now no one visited for replacement.

On 31st december 2019, my one plus 5 phone's display was damaged for which i had ordered a service for original screen to be replaced which was worth 5000 rs.

1. The technician was supposed to come between 1pm to 4 pm and he arrived at 5:30 pm at my office when i was about to leave. I had to stay 2.5 hours late in office because of this unprofessional and late arrival of guy.
2. He repaired the phone and fixed the new screen with tape all over my phone, told me to remove the tape after 2 hours. When i asked him for bill, he said i'll receive it on my mail the same day and left.
3. After 4 hours i removed the tape and the screen came out of the frame of phone. On gentle pressing the screen broke very minutely on the corner. I tried calling the technician and the store but nobody responded.
4. The touchscreen was working very poorly ever since he had repaired the screen, and after 2 days the touch stopped working altogether.
5. When i called the customer support they asked me to send pictures of my phone and video on said number, which i did but received no help for continuously 3 days.
6. I decided to get it repaired from one plus service center itself, and they told that the screen on my phone wasn't original, it was 110% fake and local.
7. I went to shop of buzzmeeh and they were highly rude and they said i again need to pay them 5000 for new screen.
8. When i told them that i haven't received any bill yet, they started asking for my emei number to generate the bill. I was shocked to know that even after 5 days of my phone's repair, the bill wasn't even generated yet. As my phone was not working and i didn't have the packing box, i could not provide them the emei number, so they refused to provide me any bill.
9. They threatened me and started blaming me for wrongly removing the tape from screen.

I have never seen such unprofessional and unethical practices by anyone in my lifetime. I have lost my 5000 and time and efforts. When i talked to my acquaintances about this, they told me that even they have been victims of these frauds.

My mobile phone is in 6 months warranty for charging port.
The date is 21 june 2019 the warranty starts i have attached the same in the attachment.
Now after 5 months on 23 november 2019, the same issue starts at a charging port. I have raised a query on a website that is the online portal of buzzmeeh.com. They did n't pick up my phone although i make phone calls almost 30 times.

I had taken buzzmeeh's services for replacement of my oneplus 5t screen, the technician came replaced the screen and put a rubber band on it and asked to remove the rubber band in 30 minutes. On a safer side, i removed it after 60 minutes and saw a white line appear on my phone, next day two lines appeared, third day my screen went dark..
Despite calling everyday, nobody took action and even worse, they havent even shared the bill which they had said that they will share online.
And the customer service is such when they pick after four days, they said you have physically damaged the screen its not our fault.

Some mr sharma was sent to repair screen of my motorola one power, he applied screen and sealed it with plastic tape, there were some lining on the screen which he told me that it is because of the plastic film which is on the top on my phones screen, he asked me to remove the tape after 20mins, after 20 mins i removed the tape from one side and immediately i realized that it was not film it was actually cracked screen.

I called mr sharma again he said he is giving me a number, i should call on it and they will replace the screen as i called after 2 hrs they were able to give a clear picture that they cant change the screen as it is a physical damage, again i explained them, they agreen that its their fault but still they cant cover it under warranty, i explained them i dont want warranty, i told the technician while he was fixing the phone about the screen, but they said if i bare 50% then company will also bare 50% and they will change the screen.

I am not a fool, i am not a stuid person who compromise with the situation, i am going to take them to consumer court, if anyone want to file a complaint please let me know i will help him/her suing buzzmeeh.com

My phone was repaired on date of 21/09/2019 on the charge of rs. 2000 by one technician at my home and i was requested to not use the phone at-least for 3 hours after repair. I did not use that phone for more then 3 hour but approx at 8pm i opened my phone and saw that the broken screen was changed with the duplicate one and the touch pannel was not working. Then i stared calling their customer support they said the working timing are 9:30 to 6:30 i waited for the next monday @ sharp 9am i started calling them but their was no response an automate message was left will call back you it happened every time i called then i decide may be i can try from new number since i was phoneless i used my office landline and yes i was right they picked up the call, they said to share photographs & video i did them & called them again no response on the landline call i tried from other number they picked up the call they mentioned that tomorrow we would send the technician but nothing received.

I repaired my phone (Honor7x) screen from buzzmeeh and i am really very disappointed. First of all they did not provide me any invoice at the time of service and said will send on email. I called many of time for invoice but still i didn't get.. And the next day of reparing i found that screen is not working properly and also started issue in my phone bettery. I called to the customer care but they gave me false promise that they will send thier executive and after one weak they stopped to pick my call. Mr antim and mr siddhant assured me that they will look into it but they were lying. I was really disappointed to know that they people have cheated me and also replaced my bettery with thier old one. They are completely fraud and this company should be ban

Oppo f1plus screen damages, so i asked them to replace with new one. Enggineer try to do that after 1 hour he said there is some problem i have to take phone for 2 days. After 5 days they return my phone and after that i noticed that they fit another version of display bcoz casing is not proper and even i cant charge my mobile.

They said they will send engineer but i the one who is continuosly calling them they are not giving any information on records.
If they wont repair my phone then i will go for consumer court.

I was much happy and surprised as the technician came on the same day as it was sunday also. He came to my home and changed the display and touch in front of me which cost me 1500 rs of my hard-earned money. At the time of changing my display, he asked me to put a white display on my black phone as the black display he brought for replacement was already damaged. I was okay with that as i am a busy person and only got time on sundays so i want that repair on the same day. As soon as he changed my display and touch, i noticed that the touch is not working properly. He used some tapes to make sure that the display is properly pasted on my phone. When i asked him (Faiz, the technician from buzzmeeh) that why my touch is not working properly then he told me it is malfunctioning because of the tapes and will work fine when i will remove the tape. He told me to remove the tapes after 2-3 hrs. It was around 10 pm when i removed the tapes and got to know that my touch was not malfunctioning because of tapes but because the company is a fraud. I check the company's (Buzzmeeh) reviews on many websites and got to know that i am not the only person who has the same issue. And from that day till now, daily i call them to get the replacement and he makes some excuses. Sometimes, the technician is not available. Sometimes call is not connecting. They even ask me to record a video of my phone to make sure the display is not physically damaged. I gave them the video but still not respond. It seems like i have wasted my 1500 rs but i am not over yet. They think we can do nothing about them. All we can do is post online, make complaints of consumer complaint forums, but they forget that they are getting their business from online marketing. If online marketing can give you business, it can do vice-versa also. I can simply ask any of my friends to get registered with a new number and can give my phone to him and get a new display from you. And after then "tumhara baap bhi nhi nikalwa sakta payment humse". But this is what makes us different from you. 1500 rs mai tu meri kismat nhi le gya, bs ek aur unstatisfied customer jiske review se 50 customer katengye. You guys should understand the fact that maybe you can earn this way very fast but not for a long time. Start building your trust on your customer and surely then you will achieve some success rather than fake name and fame. You never know how that person has earned that money, what you are taking for just making fool of them.

My name is Vincent Coney and I am residing in Ahmedabad. I had booked a call to replace my screen in my Iphone 5S and on Thursday 22/08/2019 Technician Mr. Krishna came to replace the screen at 5.00pm at my residence and after replacing the screen it stopped working from next morning i.e. Friday 23/08/2019 and besides after changing the screen I can not hear caller voice unless I put it on Speaker.

My Iphone 5S has stopped working from Friday 23/08/2019 morning and I am in a fix as you are having two days holiday.

I called so many times to Mr. Krishna engineer but he did not come to attend and at last he had stopped receiving my call and was not answering my call.

After putting trust on your company I am facing this problem

I will upload my complaint on YOUTUBE and in all the social medias about your company's irresponsibility. My business fully depending on Mobile will be held up and I will be on a heavy loss.

Now I am helpless without my Iphone and I can not use my internet which is connected to my mobile

After screen replacement of oneplus 5t mobile, the mobile never worked. Buzzmeeh service engg asked me to switch on the mobile after 2 days when the replaced screen is properly stick to the phone. when I switched on the phone it never worked. they took full charges of screen replacement on the same day. I trusted them and didn't wait for 2 days to switch on the mobile.

Now they are not responding to my calls. nothing about the warranty. These guys are complete frauds. please take my consumer complaint against buzzmeeh.com
I want my mobile to be fixed. Money back will not help because the damage caused to the mobile is bigger than the money gone.

I booked the service online for the technician visit to replace the screen engineer came and checked the issue with lcd so he replaced the lcd and check the display he said that only issue with lcd so i asked him to please replace it so he started replacing the screen while pasting the new screen was not giving display so he wanted to take the phone to service center to fix it and mentioning that there is no issue in ic and mobo of the mobile but i was not agreed to give the phone but i call sidhant who called me to book the service and gave the assurance there is no fault they will replace the screen and give it back to me same day. After some time i received a call from rohit said that there is fault in the ic and he asked for the extra charges i denied to pay but any how after 4 days when they were not able to return the mobile so i agreed to pay rs500 more to repair the phone. He said that fine we will fix the issue, same day i got a call from the buzzmeeh and new person called me and said that my phone can be dead if we replace the screen and wanted me to give the permission so i denied, when i gave the phone to them there was only screen and back button was not working now they are trying to damage the entire phone or already damage the phone. L have no idea as per them screen display is intermittent when i asked them to make the video and send to me they did not so i thought they have damaged the phone or it is dead every day they give new excuses. I am fed with the excuses. Please help me it is costly phone for me

Guys, beware of this fraud company, my phone's (Redmi note 7) screen was only available on their website where installation at home was available.

My wife got the screen replaced and the service guy insisted to keep the screen temporary lamination on for a few hours.

Later we realized that the quality of the screen is super cheap, not only that but the glue of the screen started to come out and the phone is not opening from one side, vulnerable to water damage.

They are not providing any assistance in order to get my device fixed.

Nobody is picking up my call. I sent the video on their personal number but they are not responding there as well.

Never ever take their service, the quality is even worse than what you will get at any small shop at nehru place.

They provided the service at my door step, but when i informed them of the issue i am facing with new screen, i was told that if any service person will visit nearby my location, only then they can visit me to check the issue. It has been almost a month and i am still waiting for any update from buzzmeeh. The customer care is extremely ill mannered and untrained, and irresponsible towards the mir customers and towards the services provided by their company. I demand, either resolve the issue i am facing, or return me my money & old screen. I will get the repair done at some other place. I paid ₹13, 500 for the screen replacement. I have all the call records, messages and mails, for all the communications i had with buzzmeeh. If i do not receive a suitable resolution soon, i will sue this company in consumer court.

I get repaired my mobile from buzzmeeh, buzzmeeh engineer get it repaired at my premises. Mobile phone repaired on 09/7/19, my customer id 124686. And the same dat on 09/7/19 it stop working. Now no-body attending my complaint, no customer care person attending my call. It's guarantee period is 6 months
Need your help to resolve it.

I have replaced my iphone 6s screen from buzzmeeh.com. At the time of buying this screen replacement received back to back calls from there fraud sales team. Once its done after around 45 days screen unable to work properly and touch screen also having issues. I have called buzzmeeh complaint number in which no one response first. I send emails too than got a reply that call on customer care number which is again not working. Somehow manage to connect with them than they give me one whats app number for complaint to share that video of fault screen. I have shared the same but neither anyone reply or acknowledge on that. I strongly believe its a fraud company and whoever is running this business they have to stop this. I am going to take legal action on them.in india its trend now to make this kind of scam in terms of product & after sale service. Please dont take any service from this company. Its a fraud company.
