I have recently changed my Iphone 6s screen from Buzzmeeh, the person has come to my location and repaired my phone for rupee 2200 which i paid through Gpay, and by online i received Invoice copy with warranty,
after a day i am started facing issue with the screen, i tried to call the buzzmeeh customer care Bangalore +91-[protected] but next one day no one responded to my call, and next day i sent a mail meanwhile trying to reach over phone, on 4th July at 3pm some person responded and registered the complaint and share complaint number as 121969 and given the time slot of 4-6pm on 4th July some technician will call me and visit, but i didnt have resposne, till 5.00, hence i tried to call the customer care Bangalore +91-[protected] but no response even after multiple call, later i called to Buzzmeeh Delhi, the guy received the phone confirmed to call me back in 5-10min, but no response,
i have spent 2200.00 and i they have taken my original screen also, now i am ended up with NO phone.,

i request your support on this issue to get resolved asap

I got a screen replacement for my oneplus 3t screen which turned out faulty. After calling them multiple times, they finally responded and replaced the screen again with a supposedly original one with a one year warranty. This new one stopped working just after a couple of days. I'm trying to reach out to the company and i receive no response.
The customer care always has its reps busy, cannot reach the technician over phone, the office contact i got is switched off since two weeks.
I have paid 4800 for the replacement and i feel duped.

I have orders for Display replacement of Motorola 3 generation. During conversation buzmeeh team committed that They will change display along with temper glass, but technician changed only display he didn't fix temper glass and he committed that he will bring temper glass tomorrow and fix. Afterward he is not picking my call. Since one week we trying to reach him. He is not responding even the buzzmeeh team also not picking call.

Buzzmeeh make customer fool we have repair my mobile, change display but not working properly .we do call in customer care number on date[protected] but till date we have not received any technician now till date.we call many times but not any proper resonance. Buzzmeeh app only make customer fool.because we call daily on customer care name and every day says that we received technician .but at the end of days we not received.every day only fake confirmation .so I don't trust now buzzmeeh app .and I says my all friends don't go through buzzmeeh app

I had two mobile phones that have been repaired by buzzmeh.com (31st May 2019).
My both mobile phones Glass got broken, for replacing the same issue I have booked an appointment with Buzzmeeh.com.
After giving Contact Details on Buzzmeeh.com website one of there executive(Mr. Manish-[protected]) called me and booked my appointment regarding Screen replacement (Touch/Display Folder). They Send me my appointment Details over the mail.
For my Samsung J7 Prime Touch & Display my Customer Id is 112064 & Total cost of its repair 2000/-.
For my Vivo V5 Touch & Display my Customer Id is 112080 & Total cost of its repair 1900/-.
One of there employee or field Technician(Mr. Pawan - [protected]) came to my office address and replaced the both of mobiles Screen.
I gave Rs 3900 on this [protected] mobile number from the PHONEpe application. (Transaction Id - P1905311626569028642371)
After 4 hours I removed the tape on my Samsung J7 mobile phone screen.
After removing Tap from screen some light comes from the right side of the device.
Lots of time I called to Buzmeeh Customer Support ([protected]) but they not responding over the call.
I have Shared some images & video regarding my issue to the Same Whatsapp contact no of Buzzmeeh.
Buzzmeeh.com Contact Person Mr. Antim Kumar Singh ([protected]) & Mr. Manish ([protected]) has been making me crazy for two days by saying this today the technician will come and tomorrow will come tomorrow, fixing your mobile screen, no foot has come for two days.

I had my oneplus 3's screen replaced from buzzmeeh. The screen quality is extremely pathetic. After just 3 hours, the screen started coming out of the device body. I have not been provided with a bill till now, after 15 days.
Have no words as to how bad their service is. It has been 15 days since i have been calling them, 10 times a day. Still they are not bothered with addressing my issue. Is this a joke?
I'd recommend everyone to spend[protected] more and go with yaantra/cashify for their repairs.
Absolutely pathetic and disgusting service. Dont get fooled by their 6 months warranty. They forget about you in 6 minutes, as soon as they leave your place.
If you are paying them, they'll visit you within a day, if you want support after the repair, well you can forget about that.
Their customer care number isnt reachable half the time and when it is, the team makes false promises. Wasted a lot of my time and money on buzzmeeh. Never again.

Pathetic service, worst product. I have changed screen of my iphone 6 from buzzmeeh.

They charged me for original screen and give 6 months warranty but they didn't shared the bill yet.
The quality of screen is extremely poor and few days back, screen is coming out from mobile and now they denied to check even.

Very bad experience, dont go with them

Today marks 3 weeks since my ipad was picked up by them from my house, they have changed their reasons as the weeks passed by to cover their inability and incompetency to repair my ipad. They refuse to return the same as when i asked them to do so, they told me they have sent my upad to bangalore for repair. Now today i got an excuse that they are no spare parts available. Their executives who called me 10 times everyday before my device was scheduled to be picked up have blocked my number. Customer care is useless. I am cursing the day i decided to give my ipad to them. I dont even know if i will get my ipad back or not. Rest assured they will be receiving a legal notice from my lawyer.

I have requested them to repair my iphone 5s. They picked up my phone from my house and not returning it despite my multiple requests. And charging me rs 300 for the diagnose service. I have contacted them multiple times for the return. My costumer is is 102900. I called them around 50-60 times despite this the phone has still not has been returned. The staff keep saying that you will receive the phone shortly. I want my phone to be returned and the charged to be removed. The service of this company is pathetic. Strict actions should be taken against the company. The company should be banned.

I has been trying to repair my i phone 5s for more than a month. After much pursuing technician came but did not have the spare part to replace and promised to return but never came back. Again i had to book complaint and this time he came but could not close the phone properly. So he took the phone to close this properly. Now for the last one week i am chasing some one to deliver the phone.
There is virtually no follow up no handover. The quality of repair is poor and technicians do not have all the tools. The technician asked for a pin to take out sim.
Once a technician came and damaged my phone's body to repair. They replaced screen and with in 8 months it required changing again.
I am waiting for my phone to be delivered.in the meantime i have purchased another phone to get going.

Buzzmeeh is a very poor service provider company, i am following up regarding my complaint from 11th April 2019 and today is 15th of April. I want to repaired my phone screen by Buzzmeeh, technician came and repaired the screen but my phone button damage by technician, when i said to him about this he told me the button has been damage and i will replace within one hour but still comes around five day and i am still waiting for him. I complaint and calling the customer care service more than 10 12 time. But no support from than.

Don't use Buzzmeeh.com, it is a fraud company.

Dear sir,
I have done screen replacement of my phone redmi note 6 pro. The screen is not properly fixed also there is no response from your team whenever i call they don’t pick. Your employee has shown unprofessional behaviour named antim mob no is [protected].
Please resolve the issue of not proper fixing of the screen as soon as possible.
There is no invoice given after the work done.
I am not satisfied with the response and service given.
Mr. Antim is not responding and resolving the issue he is a fraud

Its very bad that i am writing this type of worst review. I paid 2100 for screen replacement on 23th february 2019 but after that touch is not working smoothly and back camera has blurred. I have told to mr. Antim ([protected]) for these problems, he is a customer care executive at buzee mee. But he is giving me excuses only. He said ma'am our employee will come and check the issues but till date no one has come. Even i mailed 2-3 times and also contacted on whatsap and calls but they are not giving me any positive response.

I have a Oneplus One which is a new company phone and the screen cracked and was non responsive. No one would repair it, and then I finally found the buzzmeeh mobile repairing services and not only they could repair it, they had the screen on stock! the buzzmeeh expert came to my home and fixes the screen in just 40 minutes. When I saw the mobile I realized they not only replaced the screen, they even fixed the phone body itself cause it was dented in every corner and they added a screen protector at no extra cost whatsoever. I couldn't be happier! Price was also reasonable for such big screen.

Does anyone know a-n-y-b-o-d-y at buzzmeeh.com???

I am very upset and angry as to how they have treated me as a customer over the past many weeks for getting my phone screen replaced. Is buzzmeeh capable of solving the issue created by them or do i have to find another reliable company to fix it. I went to a local vendor who informed me after checking the phone that the screen was of the cheapest quality available and that even they dont suggest this to their customers.

Here's what really happened - the screen of my one plus 5 was replaced on 3rd feb after which my phone has not been not working properly.

On 3rd feb, i logged a call for screen replacement at 2pm and the technician was at my house at 5.45pm. That quick was your service for a new call log. On 3rd itself, i wrote to you complaining about my phone not working properly (Screen freezing and bleeding, brightness very low, touch not working at some spots) but no one attended to it. Since 4th feb, i kept emailing/calling but of no use. No one came to check.

Finally on 6th feb, a technician came home and tried to repair it for 1.5hrs and failed and then took my phone to your office without even giving me a receipt. After many calls and follow ups from my end and no one answering and making fake commitments, i went myself to pick up my phone because buzzmeeh.com was incapable of delivering it to me. My phone was in the same condition with same problems.

Rehan and amrish (Their customer care representatives) promised me there, that if i give my phone for another day, they will repair it 100% and give it back.
So i told them to collect it on sunday (10th feb). After giving me a collection time frame from 10-11am, which was then changed to 2pm, then to 4pm, no one picked it up. It finally got picked up on 11th feb (Monday). After keeping the phone under your observation for 48hours, the same issues are still there.
1. Screen freezing
2. Have to tap on icons 2-3 times for it to open
3. Brightness low
I am beyond fed up. This entire situation cost me rs. 4000. Additional rs. 4000 to the local vendor who actually fixed my phone.

Buzzmeeh.com please refund my money, as you guys have not been able to do anything and have just given me grief for so many days.

Its very upset that i am writing worst review for any site 1st time in life. I paid 3500 for screen replacement on 11th February 2019 but after that touch is not working smoothly. I told to technician that touch is not working properly then he said ma'am plz full charge ur phone then it will work. I charged my phone but problem still coming with phone heat issue also. Even i mailed them next day on 12th with my touch issue with video and side on off key is also not working properly.The next day itself the screen cracked and key pad stopped working ! The screen kept cracking ... I have keep trying to contact them but they hadn't listen for pickup. After 4 days they picked my phone now they are saying that there is physical damage so we can't do anything. Such a ridiculous they are. The customer care not ready to listen and not ready to talk from senior in front of me. Bad quality and worst after service !

Their customer care guy Ravi and Rohit even stop taking calls and no response from anyone. They think that customer time is not valuable for them.

Hi. This company has not responded to my any emails regarding net work issue post display change from last 10 days. I followed up with them but they are at all not responding. On my phone call, they said will send executive but not sending, keeping my phone on hold. Pathetic service. Also they placed duplicate display. Can somebody help me on priority. I am using simple phone and facing lots of issue.

I called their customer care for 3 days but no one responded. Feeling cheated i wrote my experience on their facebook wall and then i received their call back within 5 minutes. They sent their lame executive at my home who had no clue whatsoever as to what is wrong with their screen. He called his boss mr ankur and discussed the matter. Mr ankur then assured me to pick my phone from my office and give me a stand by phone till he returns my phone back with screen fixed. Again from next day onwards there is no word from him. He has even stopped picking my calls and handed over phone to some office girl who does not even know how to talk with customers.in all, i am feeling cheated and betrayed. No corporate ethics, no customer responsibility, all lies and fake promises. I am going to make you guys famous on web so that you don’t cheat others. I will also make sure none of my friend and their friends ever await your pathetic services even by mistake.

I got the display of my mobile phone changed from buzzmeeh.com site, they charged 4000 rs with 6 month warranty.in less than one month the display was blacked out and phone became inaccessible. Even after repeated complaints (Com no. 75179) and mail no body turned up to see the phone. When inquired without even seeing the phone once they very rudely said this is not covered under warranty.

Warranty policy they have is only to attract customers.
My phone does not even have a scratch on it they telephonic-ally declared it damaged
Very highly unprofessional and unethical company.
Request the company to see the phone. Replace the display or return the money.
