Organic ATTA 5kg has worms inside packet...

I ordered the much advertised 24 mantra organic kit and received a message on my mobile that the delivery would be made in two weeks' time.
It is now three months and the order has not been still sent to me.
I messaged them over fb messenger and received a standard reply that their staff are working round the clock to fulfil my order. And they are still working and without producing any result.

This is 24 mantra...

I bought the organic starter kit on 2 apr 2019 and was expected to be delivered by 20 apr 2019 but it's still not delivered. I have placed the complaint for 5 times. Either provide me refund of ₹100 or deliver this as soon as possible. The screenshots are provided. Their services are worst in world nor they have any complaint no. To contact them. They are just trying to take money and not provide the products that you paid for....

I ordered 24 Mantra Organic Starter Kit on 27 March 2019 and got confirmation email from them but till date order not received and no update from them when i dropped email to the team { [protected]@srestaorganic.com, [protected]@24mantra.com}
