I ordered for a prepaid item with payment id[protected], merchant order id - 38455, merchant transaction identifier-38455 on 26th july 10:34 pm but till date i have not received any update regarding the item nor it is delivered. I have tried calling their customer care number which no one take the call. I tried sending mail using the support section, left a message on messenger but no one has ever got back to me yet.
