Dear Team,

This company I have recently joined and they have poor management system. They deduct my salary so many times with this portal its doesn't work properly. whenever I punch in and if i do punch out lately they mark my attendance is absent.. & since last week the portal is not working properly..

punch it and punch out not appearing I think the company members always trying the ways to deduct employees salary...

I am having a bond that has been matured on 21 May 2023. Bondholder no has been mentioned in subject line for your reference. Since past one month I have marked multiple mails to your department to ask for how can I claim the amount and get money but no revert is received from their side. I also visited ICICI Bank to get the clarity but they did not helped to get the issue resolved. Your response should be highly appreciated.

I had a bond which has been matured on 21 May 2023. Bond holder number is mentioned in the subject line. I do not know what is the process to get the maturity amount. Since past one month, I have marked multiple emails to your department but no response is received from your side. Apart from this, I have also visited ICICI Bank to get the clarity about how to get the money but no response given from their side aswell.

I brought 600 shares of 3i infotech but now it is showing that my current stocks are only 60. please look into this matter.

My ICICI account was debited Rs. 1399/- on Feb 4th with transaction remark as IIN/I-Debit/SI. I have not authorized the transaction in any way. Please resolve the issue and get me my money back.
As soon as possible.
Or else I will take action on this process..

Dear sir, we are working for 3i infotech, hyderabad, icici bank 5TH And 2NDfloors.as per company policy, working hour should be in shift(8 hrs).but company is strectching with 10-12 hrs without overtime charges.no allowances are provided.pls make a inquiry.

Working Time is More and pay less salary. No junior and Senior salary is Same.
but the difference is showing salary slip 8520rs actual pay 7468rs only.

I was excited to get the digital signature, and be part of the government initiative.

When I inserted the CD, it did not work on Apple Macbooks which uses OSX, though 3i Infotech mentions about this in their websites. Then I tried on Windows Vista. Again in vain. When I called the helpline they said it works only Windows XP, that too only in IE 6.0. For this I had to borrow somebody's machine and work on that. After much of ado, I could download the certificate.

Though they promised the free gift I did not get any free gift. Looks like my name is not included in their database. I feel deprived of the bumper draw of SX4 as well as weekly draws. Anyway that would be just a luck.

Now when I started filing taxsmile it was asking a exorbitant amount of 400+tax for filing the e-returns. I have been fighting with them for the mail they were supposed to send, which they never sent to me. After much of escalation I got a mail @ 7:40 pm today, but the serial number is a invalid one. I could not file my returns due to 3i Infotech. I have spent the whole day on this in vain, so got fired in office too.

I need justice.

Dear Sir,
This is to draw your attention to the issues that i faced from my previous company 3i infotech.
I was joined as a consultant on 14/02/04 and resigned on 31/01/2009 at the time i was a permanent employee.During my service the pay and other conveyance were too low and proper appraisal was also not there.Lot of claims and other allowances were pending and after my resignation they are not providing my last month salary.After three years of service i was drawing the same salary and same designation.I lost my valuable three years and now my career in crisis and left to UK as a student.Most of my colleagues were facing the same problem and i can provide a minimum 10 complaints.Company is not doing proper relieving formalities and many of my friends yet to recieve their relieving letter from.

After a series of mail communication they send me a relieving letter after five months.My last month salary and mobile claims are pending.They are not providing salary slips and in my career(3years) received the salary slips for less than six months.Please find my mail conversations with them attached below
I request your kind attention and please advice me for a legal move.The harassment from the company is too painful for me and i have seen the same suffered by many of my colleagues and still suffering. This is to protect the human rights and i do believe in the strength of our law.Please guide me

I don't even know the reason why it is denied.

It is goindg to be four months after my resignation and i did'nt recieved any relieving letter or my pending conveyance.I just want to know the status of my PF too.
