5paisa me mujhe 09-Oct-2024 se order glitch ki problem a rahi hai mene 13-Oct ko 5paisa me complained ki thi fir 3-4 din reply aaya ki apki problem solve par mene jese hi trade karna suru kiya fir se whi order glitch me order place karu per app me 2 order apne ap hi place hone lage fir complained ki fir wahi bat problem solve fir trade kiya to is bar se or problem badi ho gai is bar Nifty ka (1 Lot=25 share) ka place kiya to is bar 2 order 250-250 shares ke ane lage...or position me show bhi nahi kar rahe ki kitne share hain or jab sell 500 lo lagaya to sell only 50 hi huye, fir mene sebi me[protected] ko SEBIE/MP24/GUNA/037471/1 sebi me compalained ki par wanha se bhi koi help nahi mili 5paisa walo ko bahut bar batane ke bad bhi problem solve nahi ki application automatic mere trade place kar rahi thi jiske mere pass photo video sab available hain.
dheere dheere mera loss 287625 tak pahuch gaya... fir mene[protected] ko NSE Smart ODR per compalined NSE-SB[protected] kar di banha se 5paisa or mere beech phone call kar bat ki or 5paisa ne order glitch ko maan liya or bole apka jo loss hua hai aap ek exel me banakar de do kon konse order glitch huye hain, mene list banakar bhej di par ab 5paisa wale bol rahe hain apka 1 hi glitch hua hai uska paisa hum 2175 bapish kar denge, jabki mera 287725 ka loss hua hai, is bare me mene NSE me bataya to wo bhi 5paisa ka hi paksh le rahe hain, mujhe samajh me nahi aa raha itna bada glitch 2 month tak chala or wo bhi us app per janha paise ka risk bahut jyada hai usko lightly liya gaya... plz help me

I have opened the demet & trading account with 5paisa in apr 18 by mistake on my friends proposal and i don't know how to trade and i don't want to stay in this field so i have sent a closing application with pan id proof to 5paisa on 15 aug 18. But still my account is open and they always give false statement my application is in process. I never use this demet account. Now when i want to close it they are only harassing me. I have called him several time but result is zero. They doing all intentionally. Pls help me to close this account. My registered mob no with 5paisa is [protected] and clint id is 58298892. 5 paisa.com find new customer with fake promises.
First company executive call unknown people who never know what is investment online buy or sale shares.

5 paisa.com website take 650 rupee for per signup with promise of refund after 30 days.

They are never provide any written proof for refund. I have all call recording which they are promise for refund even senior employee of 5 paisa.com

Please don't use 5 paisa.com this company very big fraoud.
