I have deposited Rs 36000 from 30th April 2015 to 30th April 2018, but the company and agent have scammed us by not returning single penny till date. Agent does not pick calls and is untraceable.
In my under 10 members all members not any received amount...

We invested in this company Regn no MH[protected] Rs 1000 to receive Rs 50000 but did not receive it. Date of issue 30/01/2017

Didn't received a single penny for the amount invested Rs 36000 from 30th April 2015 to 30th April 2018 for all 36 months for which I was promises to recieved Rs 49000 at maturity. However the company and agent have scammed us and didn't return a singe penny. Agent is not responding to calls and untraceable.

A company agent told to invest in monthly plan. Total tenure was 36 month. And they had said after investing 36000 i. E 1000 per month, we will get 49000 at the end of 3 years. Last 3-4 months i am trying to contact but not there agents and not there branches.
Please help in this matter, I want to refund my money and i would suggest please in future do not invest...

My dad invested in atharva scheme sum of amount 76000 and in return we should get around 100000 but when we contact agent she leave mumbai and don't know where she gone we visited company 5-6 times they said find that agent first and that companies employee scam with each other lot's of scam in these company we request please let we get our invested money and should punished that fraud agents...

Requesting to Maharashtra C.M, D.C.M, F.M, H.M., to take immediate action on this, arrange to sell all property of this company (Atharva 4 Infra and agro ltd) and arrange to pay to the investors, at list give us back our invested money,

Government has power to take necessary action on this...

My father Mr.Bideshi Rambachan singh has made investment of Rs.4000 thrice each month for 3 years and suppose to received the return on mature 2017 the amount Rs.600000 because of the total investment Rs.432000 but after the maturity when he paid a visit to the Institute at Dahisar West the watchmen said the company is closed and he cannot meet the MD, Manager not even a personnel. we also try to contact the agent name Mr. Vijay Kumar Tiwari but he also refused to provide any kind of help. It has been more the 4 years and we have-not received out matured amount.
if we were given it a right time then we could have made it invest at some place else and this could have been huge chunk than it is .
therefore I am requesting to provide the Matured amount of Rs.600000 with the 4 years Inflation percentage.

Our agent is death from last few year. Agent code is [protected]. Please consider and provide me the how to surrender my policy.

I have invested around 4 lakhs in this company. The agent of the company said that, we will return double the amount in one year and also take the monthly amount as a second policy (we have total 5 policies). But still we have not received a single amount yet.

This company has our money since a long time, please let us know further what is the company's plan to return the money. It is very upsetting as there is no reply from the company's side. There are more than 15 people who's money is with this company, come up with a solution, its the money of innocent people and they have that with them for more than a year.

Aatharv4u infra and agro limited is an unlisted public company incorporated on 12 september, 2011. Its registered office is at 208, 2nd fl00r, diamoda, novelty silk mill compound, near petrol pump, s. V. Road, dahisar - (West), mumbai, maharashtra and paid-up capital is inr 5.0 lacs. Its last reported annual general meeting, per our records, was held on 30 september, 2015. The company has 5 directors/key management personnel.

I too got trapped in this fake company.

I have too invested in this company about 3 lacs. Initialy twice i got refund in time thought its good.. But now three of my amounts are stuck.. Company is not giving refund. From august 2017 branches are unable to refund the amount.

My question is also the same.. How it is possible that company registered under companies act 1956 can do such kind of scam with the general people? On various occasion company shows the heavy balance sheet but unable to clear the payments.

Please take strict action and help us in getting our invested amount before they close down and run away.
