However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I had made application for pre sanction letter on 6th August 2015. All the required documents along with processing fee cheque have been dully submitted. I was promised to get letter by 14th August. But till date I have not received the same. Mr. Shravan Kumar and Mr. Ajit from Majiwada branch have not given a single call to me regarding any update.
