I am Abhishek, i bought lumia 720 from nokia care rajeev nagar gurgaon in november 2013.
On 20the september 2014 all of sudden my touch screen( downside) was not working .so i went to same nokia care.
after long waiting time they opened my phone and told me it is liquid damage which will not be covered in warranty.
I asked about reason for the same but they were saying whole touch would be changed that will cost around 8330 Rs.
I refused...
