Previously also same thing happened to me . At the end for few months forwarding of Magazines are stopped. Reasons best known to you. I tried to contact desk person but she asked me to forward mail to subscription dept. Accordingly I forwarded 3 mails but regret to inform you that none has been replied as on date.       My customer number with abp for subscription renewal is 60339995 and i am patronising abp since 1993.

      Despite having difficulty in renewing subscription online with abp and only with the assistance of customer care from abp i could succeed in the past, this time i am surprised to note that my registered mobile number has been blocked without any intimation to me!! Neither i am able to renew the subscription online nor anybody is responding to my call for assistance. Wonder what is wrong with abp? May be it has grown too big a concern to care for small subscribers like me.
      My earnest request to the concerned authority in abp to desist from this practice which is not expected from a company of this stature putting your reputation at stake.

        I have lost all the coupons of subscription paid for anandabazar patrika + telegraph newspapers for 6 months from september, 2019 to march, 2020.
        However, my newspaer vendor has supplied all the newspapers so far.

        In view of the above i would request you to please issue duplicate coupons during the said period and oblige.

          I wanted a suggestion for the renewal of address and online payment and the suggestion was also given by the company's member but the previous suggestion that had been given by the expert for the renewal of address and online payment has not been working for customer id 61236269. So its a request to help us as soon as possible regarding these two issues.

            This is to bring your notice that, i sk. Mahibubur rahaman subscriped for 6months to abp and had paid a cheque of rs 945.00 dt 03/12/2018. Neither subscription voucher have been received by me so far, nor the cheque has been returned. They informed within 21st january the coupon will delivered but today 6th february till now not received any coupon. I have complained several time to the customer care and everytime they told that they were looking into the matter but till the problem has not been solved. Always not possible to stay home courier are requested to call before the delivery. Our patience is running out. If i not get the coupon as soon as possible i will complain higher authority.

Cheque has been taken & same got debited from my account.                 Regarding Transaction ID: M[protected] for Sananda yearly subscription.
                I paid the full annual subscription amount of Rs.1000/- for Sananda Bengali magazine on 2nd September 2015.
                I'm supposed to get two copies of the Sananda magazine per month delivered to my Bangalore address.
                Till date after multiple follow ups I could get only one magazine.
                There is NO response from ABP even after multiple follow ups and reminders over email and phone.

                  sub-Delay in dispatching subscription coupons of ABP+TT from 1st sep, 2015. It is worrifing that repeated telephonic complaints sent to you for dispatching subscriptions coupons since 1st sep 2015 for 1year.inspite of your consequetive sms sent to me dated 14.10.15 and 29.10.15, and your information coupon expected to reach by about sep 21 but i have not received coupons as yet though 2 months have already been passed.                         The subscription renewal coupons (party no. 6162510) have not yet been received for renewal of subscription of Telegraph for 3 months from 16/02/13 onwards (previous subscriptions expired on 15/02/13). Payment was made on thro' S.B.I Debit card on 27/01/13 for Rs. 258/- and the same was debited from the related Savings Bank Account. After much persuasion and sending scanned copies of documents (Pass book debits, payment acknowledgement from ABP just after online payment etc.) ABP acknowledged that due to some technical glitch in their website the payment was not showing and the same would be rectified and coupons would be send and they accordingly sent a mail "Apropos our telephonic conversation, you are kindly requested to co-operate with us & wait for some days, as due to some technical glitch, the delivery of the subscription coupons will be delayed for some days". But on date, they rang and said about non-receipt of payment.

                          This is to bring to your notice that, I Debasish Sarkar had renewed my subscription for The Telegraph and ABP and had paid a cheque of Rs.1599.00. The cheque was encashed on 7th Jan, 2010. But I have not receved the subscription coupons till date (20.4.2010). Both my wife and I are in service and my daughter is a student. so on a week day no one stays at home.

                          Mail Today — Neither subscription Coupons received nor cheque returned

                          A cheque for Rs 999/- was handed over to the leader of the sales team of Mail Today, covering Dilshad Garden, Delhi, (viz Sh Naveen) on 17th December 2008 by my vendor towards subscriptiopn to Mail Today for the years 2009 and 2010(.) Neither the subscription vouchers have been received by me so far, nor the cheque has been returned (.) In fact Mail Today had issued large scale advertisements in Nov-Dec 2008 for the subscription(.) Three e-mails to the editor and two telephonic conversations with Mr Vijay Goyal during this period have not elivited the desired results (.) Now even Mr Goyal does not pick up ythe phone(.) Repeated efforts to contact Mr Sanjiv Virmani, in-charge Marketing have also not been successful(.) The behaviour of Mr Naveen is also quarrelsome that he visited my residence on 19th Jan 2009 and tried to pick up a quarrel(.) No action has been taken against him despite a verbal complaint being made to Mr Vijay Goyal who repeatedly assurred of immediate remedial action (.) It may also be poited out that the gift for the subcription year 2008 was delivered to me on 19.1.2009 only after protracted interaction with the news-paper(.) If this is called marketing then GOD bless India (.) The company should ateast return my cheque for not acception the subscription, with reasons therefor, immediately(.) From O.P.                           I arun prasad shaw has been renewed my The Telegraph subscription on 30.12.2010. the renewed subscription amount Rs.275/- cheque instrument bearing number 021157 dt 30.12.2010 drawn on Axis bank Ltd for 6 month from jan'11 to june'11 and the same cheque has been honoured which is reflecting my bank statement.                           My Name is Sandip Mukherjee residing at 89/2 Ram Krishna Sarani Kolkata 700060 and we are subscribers of Telegraph and Ananda Bazar Patrika for last 30 years. Initially we subscribed the papers through vendors being Mr Mahananda Tewari of Majerhat collection . Originally my father Mr Paresh nath Mukherjee subscribed for the papers but when he died on 1.2.2010 i sandip mukherjee subscribed for it on January 2010. THE vouchers inspite of encashment of cheque on january arrived at june 2010. Again when the current year was due on January 2011 the representative from ABP arrived and as i was not at home my wife issued the cheque again the name of the subscriber was changed to my wife Sangita Mukherjee. Now as we were fed up with the late delivery of the paper vendor we opted for change in vendors. Again the same issue followed and even after encashment of the cheque on 6th April 2011 till date we have not received the vouchers while sometime in the month of April around 9th or 10th somebody from ABP called up and informed us that the vendor is changed. Now we are buying papers through vendors directly and wish to cancel our subscription. Please advise.

                          I AKASH KUNDU s/o Smt ALO KUNDU has a complaint against you. We subscribe your ABP & THE TELEGRAPH for 1 year. But we received the Coupon for the period of 6 months & the amount taken from Rs. 1, 223/- through cheque. The subscription was made in the name ALO KUNDU. Every year received from you a Renewal Form through POST/COURIER but previous month we did not received any form. On 22nd November, 2011 ABP Agent has come at our home & fill the form take the cheque from us. My mother told him to come on Sunday because on that day I'll available at home. But don't know what the agent has think he doesn't hear what my mother told.

                          I would like to know that we wanted to Subscribe the coupon for 1 years. We didn't have any proof or Customer Copy from you which attached with the form. There are three parts of the form, 1.RENEWAL FORM, 2.CUSTOMER COPY & 3.VENDOR COPY. These three forms were attached. But the agent didn't gave us our customer copy. Today we received the Coupon for 6 months & also received "GIFT VOUCHER".

                          We are thanks for that. But if we subscribe for 1 year then we receive the "Gifts Voucher". Next time kindly, send the Form of Renewal Subscription at our home not through any authorised/unauthorised Agent. We did not have any contact no. to call you. I sended you our Sr. No. J316835, Customer No.1474854, Contract No.2662503. Our vendor name is Mr. SANKAR MAJUMDAR.

                          I rendered Rs. Six hundred something as 3-month subs for ABP & TT. This was confirmed by your executive over phone & SMS on 29th Aug'12. The scheme should start from 1st Sept'12 & the coupons were expected to reach by 21st Sept'12 as per your SMS. But till today I have not received any coupon or any gift as you have informed.

                          I, Siba prasad Basu (Mob. No. [protected] & Party No.5028949), have renewed my subscription for ABP & TT for one year and start date is 16.12.2012.You acknowledged it by giving a message that I shall get the coupons by 07.01.20013.As my wife was hospitalised twice nobody
                          was there to receive the coupons.You sent a message that as the door was locked the coupons was returned and you also advised to contact the courier within 3 days by giving their mob. no. I contacted them many times but they said they have returned the coupons to you.After that
                          I contacted your helpline regularly but they said they have no data after re-couriering the coupons on 6th.February.Please look into the matter.
