Yearly subscription for the period (From 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2021 for "ananda bazar patrika, telegraph and ttis" combo subscription has been paid on line. But against this subscription no coupon has been sent till date. Local vender asked me for coupon. Since no coupon has reached me till date i was compelled to pay rs695/ for ananda bazar patrika, telegraph for the period from 01.04.2020 to 14.06.2020 by cash. Now i request you to refund me the money deposited by me on line. Awaiting your reply in time.

Subscription for the above combo pack(Ananda Bazar Patrika, Telegraph and TTIS) has already been paid through net banking.But no coupon for the above combo pack has yet been reached me. I have been struggling last four years about my pension have submitted all the required documents through my kolkatta office and the same has approved by them but they have sent only xerox copies instead of original to kr puram office they are require all the original documents to take further action and they have despatched letter on 12th oct 2018 till now no response from salt lake kolkatta office. Request you take immediate aaction since i am 62 unable to move and office situated from my house about 5 to 6 kms and no transporation facilities. I was working their bangalore regional office and have took vrs in 2003
I have applied for my full pension scheme through our kolkatta office to salt lake branch they have sanctioned my pension and forward all the xerox copies to kr puram bangalore office they have been informing that they need all the original copies instead of xerox copies and they have forwarded a letter to threm during august 2018. Till today they have not despatched required xocuments to our bangalore office.
Humbally request you to take necessary action immediately and get my pension at the earliest my mobile with whatsapp no [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com
Please note that now i am 62 and unable to walk to their office and no transporation facility directly from my house.

I have paid rs 1245 /- ( cheque no 070522 SBI BANK dt 20/6/16 ) but till today ( 21/7/16 ) i did not get my ABP coupon and also i am not getting THE ABP NEWSPAPER . please take action as soon as possible

I am a regular reader of Business World Magazine since past 13 years. I purchased 1st magazine in August 2010 when its price was Rs. 5/-. I impressed a lot with the content of the magazine and I have not stopped purchasing (from the book stalls) and reading the magazine since then. Earlier in 2004, first time I subscribed for the magazine for one year. For a few months, I received the magazine regularly and thereafter, it was stopped abruptly. I kept quite. Again in 2008, I subscribed for the magazine for one year. The situation was same: magazine was delivered for two months, thereafter, once in a month or twice in two months I used to get the magazine. Since, magazine is not available everywhere in the market, again I thought of subscribing to the magazine in the month of March 2013. I have sent an Indian Bank Cheque (No. 00252602, Dated: 07/03/2013, Branch: Karaikal) for Rs. 1450/- requesting for ONE year subscription to BW Business World magazine. I came to know, from my account statement, that the cheque was encashed on 15/03/2013. Thereafter, despite of many reminders to the subscription desk, they have not commenced my subscription and I am not getting any response from the subscription desk. I am totally frustrated with this kind of irresponsibility from a reputed publication group. How can I proceed? Dr. C. Madhavaiah

This is to inform you that I sent a Canara bank ( CBS branch ) cheque ( No.586840 dt. 14.09.2012 ) for renewal of subscription for The Telegraph for one year ( from October 2012 to September 2013 ). The cheque was encashed by ABP Private Limited. But I am yet to receive the coupons.
It is requested that ABP limited may look into the matter seriously and take necessary action to send the coupons without further delay.

I have send Renewal form with A/C payee Cheque of Rs.530/- drawn on Corporation Bank, C.R.Avenue Branch vide Cheque No-810308 dated 19.09.2011 in fabour of ABP Private ltd. towards 1year subscription of The Telegraph daily news paper which was duly cleared from the bank on 24.09.2011. On 23.09.2011 one SMS get from VM-ABPSUBS giving me thanks for the payment on my Mobile No-[protected]. After the complition of one month no coupon send me for the subscription.
