Ace honda Complaints & Reviews

I recently serviced my car UK04V2762 on 22/10/21 at Ace Honda, G-25, Sector 11, Noida, UP.
It was home pickup and drop.
The GPS card was present in the touch screen panel audio system before service. After service when i checked, the GPS card wasn't present.

I raised the same concern to the supervisor "Mr Ankit" but haven't got any response from him yet.

It seems that Ace honda is making fraud, as I made payments and provided all the screenshots of the payments done showing transactions ids etc with debit showing sms etc., but when due to some issue in your bank that service representative are not return my vehicle, ;whereas my vehicle was picked up 9.30 am in the morning and 5 pm they send the Payment link wherein I made payment immediately and sent all the screenshots...

The car was purchased under the impression that the responsibilities carried out by the dealer not have to be rechecked.
