Lost my gps chip on recent Car service at ace honda, noida
I recently serviced my car UK04V2762 on 22/10/21 at Ace Honda, G-25, Sector 11, Noida, UP.
It was home pickup and drop.
The GPS card was present in the touch screen panel audio system before service. After service when i checked, the GPS card wasn't present.
I raised the same concern to the supervisor "Mr Ankit" but haven't got any response from him yet.
Attached the service sheet.
Thus raising the complaint in this portal.

Vehicle not delivered on time and fraud reported

Dear sir,
It seems that Ace honda is making fraud, as I made payments and provided all the screenshots of the payments done showing transactions ids etc with debit showing sms etc., but when due to some issue in your bank that service representative are not return my vehicle, ;whereas my vehicle was picked up 9.30 am in the morning and 5 pm they send the Payment link wherein I made payment immediately and sent all the screenshots as proof of payment debit from my bank. Please return my vehicle at the earliest by today.

Regarding the service problem

Sir, I have baught a Honda city car from Ace Honda sector -11, Noida in June 2015 . My car is serviced regularly at Ace Honda service centre on time . Whole purchasing this car, I have taken the extended warranty, now after 18 months of buying this vehicle the battery is not working and the Ace Honda service centre authorities is saying the battery is dead . As the car is serviced on time regularly by the concerned service centre how can the battery is damaged in a short time . Now they are not listening to my problem . They are totally different from the time of sales

PDI not being conducted rather putting blame on customer you do not check

I purchased a new honda brio against invoice no.Inv-ew-dd[protected] on 8 june 2016.
The car was purchased under the impression that the responsibilities carried out by the dealer not have to be rechecked. But to my utter surprise when the car was for the first time used at late evenning hours one of the head light was not working and we had to drive the car with only one head light next day when we send the car to ace honda workshop and told this defects they told ok book it and come when it was raised that it is a new car was it not checked before delievery the answer was why didn't you check at the time of delievery
This way it look if somebody takes delivery of a new car under the impression of purchasing a reputed brand from a reputed dealer then he is not suppose to bring a mechanic and a electrician to check whether the car is road worthy or not.
Please check for yourself whether pdi's are done or are the innocent customers being exploited like this.
Pathetic experience from hond cars not to believed.

I have purchased a new honda city from ace honda noida.
Worst experience ever.
Worst dealership
They dont even care ehat customers complaints.
Ive purchased this car on 19 april 2015 and till date ive complained to this dealership about gear box problem and till now they are not able to do anything.
When i purchased this car it was the first optional model car they gave me but now i think they gave me a defected car
Ace honda i will go further and complain regarding your dealership
