Product not delivered and take money

Hi,
My complaint is about the fraud. There is a company ACE Technology
Address: Merlin Infinite DN- 60, Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata -700091, ph- [protected],
they take a software project on 14 December 2020 and say they will deliver in 6 days but now its more than 55 days they haven't delivered and take around 15000 Rs from me, when i say refund my money they blocked me. they take payment 3 time and give a bill only 1 time which is including GST, but bill don't have GST no, even company don't have any registration no on bill.
The person who is talking to me is Abhishek and the developer name was Suvodip Mondal.
We are filing case against both under IPC 406, 420. because of them we lost our money and face too much losses.
If any find the same please file the case against them.

Address: Merlin Infinite DN- 60, Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata -700091 is not giving back my refund after promised to deliver the product in August 2020. The above company didn't deliver the product in August but now it's not giving me my refund which is 4 thousand. I have company owner Pan Card which I don't want to share and don't want to case police station. I want once an update from your side before going to the police. please take action accordingly.
