Delay in Possession,no Rera Support
Acme Realties Private Limited has taken booking of the project with promise to deliver in 2017.it is 2021 and builder doesn't bother to complete the project.Buyers are given fake promises.He misused Covid time to largest possible way stating no workers. Even now only 15workers are there.All buyers are having interest loss. Office CRM doesn't bother to give response. So Builder should start paying Monthly interest to all buyers till possession. So as we are able to service our alternative housing options.

Acme Boulevard Tower 5 - delayed possession

I have booked a 3BHK flat in Tower 5 of Acme Bouleward in Jogeshwari East in October 2014.
While booking, I was promissed a possession in Dec 2017, but when Dec 2017 arrived, builder started siting many excuses and extended the date by a year i.e. Dec 2018.
Year after Year Acme buiilder has pushed the timeline of possession. Last date committed as per Sale Agreement was December 2020 however now we are at almost end of September 2021 and builder is no where near completion of the project.
I have paid almost 85-90% of the flat cos. Its been almost 7 years and now when I asking for the interest or any kind of compansation for the delayed, CRM team says that nothing can be done and you have to bear with us.

Acme Boulevard project is just not moving.Sales office at site is closed.Team says work is happening in full swing but only 15workers there to complete the work We all should be returned money with Interest as it's emotional n financial torture with all customers
