I went to buy apples in MORE Shyamnagar in Kolkata. The apple price displayed is Rs 74. Even when doing weighting it showed as Rs 74. But during billing it showed apple price as Rs 89. I called up store manager he said the price is not updated. This is not correct and professional. Hence I am registering customer compliant.

    Dear Sir, Today i have been in your store which is in OLD AIRPORT Murgeshpalya . It was a very Bad experience you have kept product in 50% discount( Clarence sale) On those product there is two prices one says MRP and one says TOTAL Price . As per my understanding we should get discount on Total Price not on Mrp. because that is kept in clearance sale. But one your Manager Mr Murli has not listened anything and he has rejected my point of view . As customer i have felt very bad and it’s like cheating or doing manipulation in the business. Sorry to say but the Point and the way Mr Murli was speaking it was not appreciable.. For your references I'm attaching the bill copy and snap..       Complain for Aditya birla group(More Supper Market retail shop Gurgaon sector 56)

      I had purchase bottle Guard vegetable on 26th September 2015 from More market.It was poisonous.I took that bottle guard in dinner due poisonous it effect my health badly and got serious ill 2 days.Immediately I called to store manager he came and saw that and he agreed that bottle guard is not good. He said he will make quality check and take required on it. But Still they didn't taken any action on this.

      I have attached bill and sample image along this.

      Kindly help on this and take action.

        Hi, Fraud happend with me while purchasing the goods on 6th Sep @ more store.. After 2 days got to know that spent 360 rs on plain water which was filled in Tresemme Shampoo bottle. I Complaint @ store, but instead o[censored]nderstanding my concern store manager has blamed me that I filled a water in bottle n refused to give any complaint register/ form. After so much of argument he accepted his fraud n handed over the another bottle of shampoo n advised me to do not shop again from MORE. Just wanted to know what your take on this bcoz fraud done by such a esteemed group n misbehave with customer's rather resolving their issues and on the top of this one of your employee is asking customers to refrain from MORE. Here my question is what kind of services are being provided to customer's... Now it's a big question mark for me coz I use to frequently purchase the goods from other brands of Aaditya Birla Group... Will get the same treatment on others outlets/brands???             Sir I have purchased a ladies kurta from people store Davangere with bill no. S15/2926 in exchange of a previous purchased garment. The tag on the kurta is having M size tag, but the size is much larger than the previously purchased garments of the same brand. I ask the manager to exchange the garment but he is refusing to do so.l have already complaint on on madhura portal. Please allow me to exchange the garment.                   HI, I am a Idea cellular regular costumer on [protected]/[protected]/[protected] I am Getting so many threaten calls from different nos and they are enquiring for me to all my known which is not legally so please call me for further clarification and close this ASAP in a professional manners. AS i have raise so many complaints but you people are not bothering to revert for the costumer issues because these are the process to make the money and i will take this on serious now .I have sent you so many times for stopping the services but still you did not.                       I have been purchasing from the store ever since it opened.Every month they have a shoppers target amount if achieved a gift is given as per advertised.Once in the past though the amount was achieved the store had run out of stock and asked me to produce the bill after a few days to collect the gift. Today my family members went to purchase and since the gift was out of stock, surprisingly by the 5th, when asked if the bill can be produced after a few days to collect the gift as it's not our fault its out of stock with the store they flatly refused. Also their behaviour was very bad, they kept rushing the people to buy and leave the store as they had to close and threatened that they would close the billing counter. If that is the case why dont they pull down the shutter before hand rather then allowing customers in and mistreating them.This is not expected from a name like Aditya Birla group. Very dissapointing, this is not how you do business!!

                        I have "Club More" Card from the last 9 months, my "Club Card number is [protected]", It was promissed from "More" that after adding 1000 points we will get some Gift. even after adding 1000 ponts I asked for Gifts, the Shop manager says that shop dosn't have the facility to check the Points on its billing screen and they have never given any gift to any of its customer.
                        Then what is the point that they give "Club More" Card and its simply waste, even we don't get any price discount from "More", all the time "More" charges MRP Price.
                        In any part of the World we dont need to pay MRP price for all products. Its our rights that we should get the product with lesser price from MRP. Even in India we can see some "Advertisement" about this topic.
                        And even its poor stock maintaining shows that it will not grow much. When ever we ask for something almost 5 out of 10 items they say the stock is over, that stock will never come for atlest 3 months.
                        Please take steps to improve......

                        today i have been to more supermarket which is located at serampore, dist-hooghly, west bengal, , after purchasing some goods i asked the guy at cash counter about the point i got in my more card so far, , that guy simply said on my face "dont know"..then ater asking of any other way to know it he said whatever i want to know i should send a mail to the headquarter, , my question is which kind of people you have kept?? what is the point of issuing this card when they dont know the use of it!!!
                        I made a complaint earlier also but no action is taken
                        I am afraid club more issued same card no to another party also who has availed redemption of my reward points
                        carelessness and silence on my complaint has let it happen so that it is a case worth putting up before consumer forum

                        I buy all products from more, i used to use club more card probably for more than a year or so, i was informed that i have 1000 points which can be claimed as products worth rs 1000. and when i actually thought of redeeming it, they said balance was rs 2 and no more redemption offer, only discount available if we have a card. no trace of missing points. such a false promise provided. I AM PLANNING TO FILE A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I was a Reliance GSM customer earlier, and do to not being satisfied with their services, I decided to Port out of Reliance and move to Idea Cellular Ltd.

                          I had submitted all the documents while completing the formalities to Idea. But I was surprised to receive the Bill in my personal name, whereas I had submitted the documents of the Company to which, my earlier phone was registered.

                          I had requested in the customer care of Idea to change the bill in the name of my COMPANY some two months back. Till now they have not rectified my complaint. Now I receive calls from Idea for payment of my bill.

                          I am ready to pay the bill provided they rectify my details as requested earlier. I have been a regular consumer of Reliance and all my bills have been paid on or before due date.

                          I had made a complaint earlier also (My complaint no.[protected]. For the same. I a unable to understand why the same has not been attended till now. Neither Idea nor TRAI has been able to solve my problem.

                          If such is the status of the consumer’s complaint. I think Idea and TRAI should shut down their website for accepting complaints.

                          My problem is not big as it is being made off. I just want that my bill should be changed to my company’s name instead of my name. I am prepared to do all the formalities all over again.
