I am Abhijit Govind Deshmukh residing at Vikhroli Mumbai. My father have Paid Rs.200000/- to M/s. Adventure Orchards Ltd. .who's Directors were Vijay Dholakia, Devang Dholakia etc.Growth Bond Folio No.GBIII07521 date of issue 12/05/1997 but inspite of telephonic enquiry & personal visits on the given address it was come to know that the said Company has been windup their business and not in existence have not received any refund till date. Kindly you are requested to take necessary action in the Matter Please

Adventure Plantaion Ltd. kniwn as Orchards Ltd.whos Directors were Vijay Dholakia, Devang Dholakia etc.we have been issue 3+3=6 Growth Bond 3 bond issue my name & 3 were issue my wife name Geeta Ganesh Kalgutkar Growth Bond Folio No.GBIII15663, Certificate No.GBIIIBO010297, Certificate No.GBIII044693, Certificate No.GBIII44694 And other Folio No.GBIII15662, Certificate No.GBIII10296, Certificate No.GBIII044689, Certificate No. GB III044691 date of issue 01/03/1998 but inspite of telephonic enquiry & personal visits on the given address it was come to know that the said Company has been windup their business and not in existence have not received any refund till date. My father invested 10000/- rs in GROWTH BIND III on 16 Jan 1997 in 4 bonds 2500/- each . He passed away on 29 April 2021. As per the bond after 10yrs I.e. in 2007 he should get 160000/- but he didn't get anything. It's been 24 yrs this company haven't responded or gave money back to the investor. Please help us to get our money back. It's a fraud and this company should pay to us.

In 1990 we invest amount in teak wood. But still we did not got our amount. We buy some bond of teak wood. My father bought some bond. Now we dont know about this company, companies contact no, email address, nothing. We request you to solve our problem. My father chintaman ramdas pawar wasexpired in 22 september 2011 cause of cancer. Now my mothersusheela chintaman pawar is also cancer patient. Please do something

Our family had invested rs. 1.5 lakh in the growth bonds of above company in 1998. Till today, we haven't received any money from them.in 2002, we had filed all the papers with official liquidators in their fort office, but didn't receive any communication from them. We were recently told that the matter is out of liquidation. Now we understand that investors are being refunded their money by the government/company. Can someone tell us the status, as we don't know whom to contact.

I had invested rs. 2500/- in adventure orchards ltd - growth bond iii in the year 1997 and was given post dated cheques from timesbank (Dn road) of rs.5000/- & 35000/- payable in 01/01/2001 & 01/01/2007 respectively. I haven;t received any payment from them against these. Please help me get my money back.

They have duped and cheated many people of their hard earned money. Please help us recover our money from these cheats.

Dear sir, I have paid Rs. 48, 000/- to M/s ADVENTURE ORCHARDS LTD, 'PRABHUTA', 21 HUGES ROAD, MUMBAI - 400007 and I have been issued Growth Bond-II having Folio No. GBIV01908, Certificate No. 001163 on 01.07.1998 but inspite of tephonic enquiry and several correspondence to their given address, it was came to know that the said company has been windup their business and not in existance. I have not received any refund till date. I have received a Dena Bank cheque No. 529716 for Rs. 12, 00, 000/- dated 1/7/2008.
