My dad have paid rs.6, 000/- to m/s adventure plantation ltd known as adventure orchadrs ltd whos directorss were vijay dholakia, devang dholakia etc and i have been issued growth bond-ii but inspite of tephonic enquiry and personal visit on the given address, it was come to know that the said company has been windup their business and not in existence. Respected Sir/Madam, I had purchased two bond certificates named "Growth Bond II' from Adventure Plantation Ltd, Mumbai on 01 Mar 1995 by paying Rs. 6, 000 for each Bonds. I had invested Rs.6000/- in this plantation co. and the co. entered into an regd. agreemenr .The co. promised reglar retuns.The co.closed its office. The directors/officers are not contatable on the given no. and the address.The co. is since under liquidation.
As the land prices have gone up substantially (a share of 750sq.ft. of land was alloted at the material time i.e. on 01.10.1995) .Please take up our cause with the apprpriate authority for due justice and redressal..
