Contractor including AE (Allahabad) and JE (Holagarh) asking for money to clear the bore by compressor. more than 2-months thay are making excuses like next week he will go..and machine is out of order all that.
Please take necessary action against them and make my work completed. I am waiting for your early reply.

I, Arun Kumar Srivastava has got approval of submersible pump boring in Village- Madipur, PO- Kalyanpunr, Soroam, Allahabad. after boring the contractor and higher officer including JE (Block- Holagarh) and AE (Allahabad ) is not agreeing to make clean the bore by compressor, they are thinking of some money in favour of boring. after sanction of loan, i was able to plan this boring..around 2- month has gone to complete...
