I sent my Graphics card to replacement to aforeserve delhi. my card is msi r9 270x hawk which was having issues so i sent them for replacement but they sent me back without repair/replacement. this happened 2 times. now i have sent it 3rd time and this time it took more than 2 weeks and i have not got any kind of response from them not email nor call. i spent 20000INR on that product and its still under warranty and im not getting any kind...

I received call from aforserve.com from some Mr. Narendra of APC who after giving details of my existing UPS wanted to extend my AMC for repair/replacement o[censored]PS without cost/charge. So I asked about the validity and he told me 2 years by paying Rs. 4700 to be deposited in AXIS bank in the account no [protected] I deposited the said amount the the AXIS bank and the amount was debited from my account.

Aforeserve.com took money from me to extend warrant for my laptop on 2nd of November 2011-Cheque No.445205(Screenshot attached). This was way before my warranty expired. Ater one year i am facing issues with my laptop and when i contacted HP, i got a reply that my laptop is out of warranty. When i contacted aforeserve , they refunded my money after a long fight with them. I wanted them to pay for my whole repair and not to refund m money...
