Hi,
i bought a laptop hp 15 . in 14 Dec 2015.after two days there is problem with thermal & current Issue. engineer visit at my home 19 Dec 2015. after that next visit 22 Dec 2015. now that problem was resolved but there is another problem gain DVD writer not Read any disk.
i want DOA of the Product Please Help me.

i was working with aforsorve com ltd. in 2005 to 2006, i got the receipt from EPF department, but till the date i didnt received the claim, as many times i was followed with the PF department and also with my ex-company but till the date i haven't received any conformation.
