This is to inform you that illegal commercial construction was undergoing at residential property at Plot No. 1 Gonti Gold Mauza Itora, Gwalior Road, Agra. They are construction 2 storey commercial building in residential society and causing nuisance in this area. They are not having any ADA approved map of house and illegally constructing commercial building. It is requested to please take action against it.

This is in reference to the SUB DIVISIONAL MAP FILE NO. 245/BFH/7/97-98, i need certified copy of the same. I have tried my level best to get the copy from your MAP Section department but they aren't able to find the file.

This is to bring to your notice that a 4-storeyed (g+4) building is being constructed in Radha Nagar, Balkeshwar (Near SBI) area. It is a residential area and such a construction is not allowed according to ADA rules. The building is not even earthquake proof. And I think it even lacks appropriate permissions for its very construction.
Moreover, during the process of construction, they have placed bricks on the road and have blocked almost half of the road which is seriously disrupting traffic.
Kindly look into the construction of this unauthorised building!

This is to inform you that an illegal construction of ten floors building made in the name of manglam shila dayal bagh agra mr./mrs. Katara is residing on 10th floor c block in manglam shila. He/she is covering approx. One floor out of 10. Which is itself illegal as per ada and agra nagar nigam rules for which he/she has also not taken any permission from the authorities. No one complaining in ada, agra nagar nigam.
So now you are request to take necessary actions and demolish the construction as soon as possible.

This is very important to stop these kinds of illegal constructional (Name mr./mrs. Katara 10th floor c block manglam shila dayal bagh agra) - activities for the betterment of the locals and this will have a blow on the whole idea of making agra a smart city as proposed.

Wrong ways were acquired in the past but now its time to act against the wrong and making agra a world class and smart city and saying no to the wrong strictly. This is our humble request to the administration to demolish the illegal constructional activities.

If after this you have not taken any action against the mr./mrs. Katara 10th floor c block manglam shila dayal bagh agra, will have to contained to go to the lucknow to visit mr. Cm o[censored]. P. Yogi adityanath ji and also complaining illegal construction.

I am surprised to see that more than 80% width of the main road from Kheria More to Arjun Nagar Tiraha has been encroached by the local vendors , still the authority is keeping quite. Same is the condition of connecting service lanes and streets.
