this is my complaint regarding the sevrage /silt choking, we are living in E3/2041 shaheed nagar near dor roy school, condition of this colony is very poor .sewege is smelled and totally choked.in the rainy season and drainage came back into the houses, sir, the condition is very critic, so kindly look into the matter,
and do some thing as its need.

I, M DEVANSHU MUDGAL a resident of NEW MADHU NAGAR. I want to file a complaint regarding the increase in population of monkeys in my area. There has been a sudden increase in monkey population in my area. Every other day, a group of around 40-50 monkeys comes in our residential area and creating nuisance.
They have done some serious damages in some houses, as the area is densely populated an comes under (AGRA NAGAR NIGAM).

With due respect I would like to tell that roads of Girraj nagar, Lawyers colony, Agra are in a poor manner. They are causing many problems and cause wear and tear of vehicles. Roads are unsurfaced and causing road accidents .
At last I would say please take some measures for recovering the roads

Sir, I want to draw your kind attention to a Major or perhaps one of thebiggest problem of my locality that is the drainage system.

Sir the drainage system is really very very disgusting. The whole Drain is clogging (ie Naali’s have been choked). The condition is So poor that the Naali’s are Overflowing and this situation usually bursts and becomes Horribly Critical during the Monsoon season. The drainage water comes into our houses through which many species such as Rats, Chachundar, Cockroaches, Snakes gets a way to enter our into houses.

I contacted to our area supervisor many-many times and told him that send your worker for cleaning but no one came to clean drainage (Naali). Last week i again contacted the supervisor but again he did not send any worker for cleaning. This has been happening for last 4 to 5 months. They have not cleaned the naali and now it is blocked with silt. It is becoming the breeding location for mosquitoes.

So please sir, this is my humble request to you to kindly resolve this issue and tell our area supervisor to send his workers for cleaning drainage system as soon as possible because monsoon is coming next month, it will convert the situation horrible...

The stray dogs of our colony have gone out of control. We can't even do cycling or any physical activities in our colony. We have to use other routes to get to the most nearby places.

We are permanent residence of H. No. 14/223, Gur Ki Mandi, Near Bhairon Temple, Agra-282003. (Mob.: [protected]). The condition of sewage gutter has been worse these days. They are being out flow badly. The temple of Bhairon is just near our home. We have complained many times orally at the local office but no action has been taken yet. Now, breathing has been very difficult to health of our family members. Such unhygienic environment is being very dangerous to the health of our children.
We, therefore, request to make necessary arrangements for cleaning the sewage gutter properly so that we live in hygenic environment.
We would be very grateful to your for your and effective action please.

My name is Shaan S/0 Mujeeb Ullah khan Address 28/A-17 Jyoti Nagar Shaheed nagar near by Mughal residency Tajganj Agra, I have complaint many times in Nagar Nigam and staff but they don't listen any single complaint. I have small baby boy and they don't clean Nali & around to my house and the sweeper who comes to clean in our colony whoever give him money and offer tea masala he really take care of their house and whenever I say him to clean my Nali he just say I will do tomorrow which never comes. I have to clean my Nali and Cut grass and small small tree by myself.. whenever I say him that I will make your complaint so he laugh and say no one can do anything.. he doesn't come to clean almost for month..
Please realy take action against him..and tell them to clean my Nali around to house and clean my area with these grass and tree atleast once in a week.

I wanted to inform you that there is one dog in my locality who has gone out of control, he is been a pain in the ###. Everytime anybody visits to our lane he barks nonstop sometimes try to bite them although there is women in front of our house who treats them as her own dogs but when it comes to any trouble she keeps her aside. She is also a pain in the ###.
I request you to visit our lane pls do something with these 🐕 dogs. I Have no issues with dogs but this one is too much can, t study can, t do my job as he disturbs a lot.
We have atleast 4 dogs in our lane we are okay with other dogs but not this one.

Its Been more than six months Sever line associated work is going on in our colony, Although major Sever line work is complete three months before but still the road works are not completed. Due rainy season the condition of colony has become worse, as no public or personal transport can be reached to reached to home. Road preparation (Tiles laying) work is going in very very slow pace.

Request you to please kindly look into the matter and expedite the contractor work.

Sir I m from Shambhu Kunj Kamla Nagar.Sir here in this area naali and sewage had never been cleaned since they are made and the dirty water is being collected on roads making it more difficult to live.See to it as quickly as possible as rainy season is about to start.

and their is very Poor service of Nala Cleaning and Kharanja Structure and blocked of nala, due to blockage of nala water flowing on Road and facing huge issue and very bad condition of hygiene.

Need to resolve issue on urgent basis.

फिर भी क्यों बना ? अवैध तरीके से जबरदस्ती बनबाया गया |
मकान 7० साल पुराना है| अगर मकान की नीव कमजोर हुई या कोई हादसा हुआ, तो इसका जिम्मेदार जल निगम होगा | इसलिए शीग्र मेंनहोल को तुरंत हटवाया जाये| और सड़क बीचो बीचो- बीच बनबाया जाये |

I am CA. Divyansh Agarwal and complaining about the sewer in front of house no 9/20 Bagh muzaffar Khan, mohan mandir gali which is choked. this has resulted in overflow and pooling of sewage water all down the lane for the last 10 days. with so much hue and cry about dengue and mosquito breeding by administration what can be done by treatment of disease alone if prevention is not done. the toll free helpline no is useless with no action being taken. please look into the cleaning of the sewer.

Every time pipelines of water supply get faulted.
Now we are getting very contaminated water (सीवर का पानी) its stinky, its smell made sick .Now i cannot able to open tap as its smell really bad!!! and stinky.
Repairing takes more time than they said (time published in amar ujala paper ).

May be they do not do servicing timely or maintains or checking timely for any crackles/leakage/small faults .Then it converted into major problems.

please if some one reading this please help them to resolve issues related to this issue

हमारे घर के बहार नाली कि सफाई कर्मी सफाए नहीं कर ते है और हम बोलें तो सुनते नहीं है
और हम सुपर बईजर से बॉले तो सुपर बईजर बोलता है कि सब सफाई कर्मी को बुला कर कुड़ा और डलबा दूगा और महिलाओं से अब्बद्र तरीके से बात कर ते है ।
में न्यु विजय नगर कॉलोनी में रहता हू और ये समस्या मकान नंबर 156 से लेकर 151तक की है ।

The drain of our colony is broken and the water does not drain from anywhere. Some people have lifted up the base too much of the government drain, in an unauthorised manner, due to which the water of our house does not go out, rather comes back in our house.

Even one people has made the safety tank of his house on the government road (Which is absolutely unauthorised) and have given exhaust in the drains, due to which very stinking water flows in the drains and due to the elevation of the base of the drains, the same stinking water comes back in our house because of all these things the condition of our colony is worse than hell.

I complained two three times in agra nagar nigam and the complaint numbers are [protected] and [protected] but still we have not received any positive response from agra nagar nigam

I think that our drains should be deep again so that water can not return go to our houses, as, i said some people have lifted the base of the drains too much due to which the base of the drains has got with the road and the water is coming back in our house as well as on road

Hence we request you to please look in to the matter and do the needful as soon as possible because the condition is worse too much

Sir as i have previously also complained about grazing cattles (Cows & buffaloes) in night & daytime both creating a lot of dirt cow dungs & sometimes aggressive behaviour of these animals towards people. These cattle belong to three barawalas situated all the two sides of entry of janakpuri colony new shahganj & one back of 17 18 19 20 no respectively. Whenever people have requested them to put their cattles in their baras they start fighting with sometimes try to hit people. We r very much debilitated by these people. Kindly look after in this matter. Thanx

I am resident of c block, balajipuram, albatia road, shahganj, agra. Here sewer connection work is being done by agra nagar nigam but it is all in vain because all the workers and contractors doing the work at their own wish. No standard is being followed by them. They are also taking money from people for their work.
Survey is completed after the work done and bill is also passed without getting satisfactory confirmation from the resident of the colony.
Engineers are not visiting the site. They are also included in this wrong work.
It is a humble request on behalf of the people of this colony. Please take some action against this type of meaningless work. It can be helpful for us.
