Yesterday's I walk on the road and suddenly police van is coming and ordered to site inside the van but i refused to sit in the van then after they forcefully pull me in the van and asking bribe for Rs 1000 cash. i'm refused to give her cash so they are bullying me and sit in the van at least 1/2 hours. After They forcefully remove my mask and taking my picture for online complaint. However, originally i wearing hand handkerchief on my face but it's invalid of their point of view so can you please tell me handkerchief is valid to swap the mask?
If it's valid so please refund my money and strictly step against this policeman.

The red light was not on and we are the only car standing, rest all are in front o[censored]s.

This tempo driver after the red light turned into green immediately started honking and when i didn't give him a side he crashed into my back bumper . After a clear way he started abusing me and tried to crash me again.Do take care for this type of people pls i request you yo dealt with this issue as today i was saved from a crash tomorrow some other might crash into. Also the tempo was for services named shreeji service .Arent their any rules for such goods carrying vehicle? where are the rules of the country? how can he not follow it. Happy to pay fine with dignity however I am truly disappointed to see and experience very selective approach with common man. Common man vehicle can be towed but at the same time system/police never bother about auto rikshaws, unauthorized hawkers who rules over more than 50% of area allocated as a road to drive. It's truly injustice in the name of Police or duties. Had option to pay bribe or fine and honestly choose to pay fines but this hard earn money is going waste because harmful approach is selectively penalizing only 2 wheelers and letting auto rikshaws and illegal hawkers off the hooks. You name one cross road or junctions; I guarantee nothing is organized. We truly feels like we still live in stone age and no wonder why we are far far behind standard or modern safety. Ashamed of system from citizen points of view. Have the honest survey/feedbacks done and I am sure you will be enlighten / shocked to see the reality. Put your hands on heart and soul and ask yourself if you are delivering even 10% or 20% of what is expected from traffic police to delivered !! Let the rules be common for all. Be encouraged to fine even others also including auto rikshaws, illegible Panwala or hawkers. It's a food for thought that why don't you do any action against them ! Why they are flourishing every corner of city under whose patronage ?

TVS showroom near parimal underbridge blocks nearly half the road for parking the vehicles in stock, service vehicles and employee vehicles. It is a regular problem. These days due to some drainage works, only one side of the road is working for traffic movement but still, he is still parking vehicles on this narrow road. Strict immediate actions are expected.

I am issued wrong memo for violation of traffic rules stating that I am passing through a zebra crossing while traffic light is red. While the signal shows red light, it also shows green for people who want to go straight. I was going straight along with number of other vehicles. Inspite of my explanation in email, the respondent named Santosh Dhobi from [protected]@gujarat.gov.in mentioned that I have violated traffic rules and have to pay fine. He can see red light but not the green one below.

Wrong e memo issue in my car no photo & place mention in e memo dr ajay nimavat[protected]

I got an e memo before 3days and reason thay mentioned in the memo that I did red light violation and in the photo i was on zebra crossing. The thing is that the photo is not color and my leg was also not on the road that means I am driving the vehicle. how can I recognise that the signal is red or green. Further, as per the memo, i can see the there are TWO lights are on in front side. If TWO lights are ON what one can understand is that both of the lights are of GREEN signal. if only one light was ON then i can consider that the same was the Red light. The Memo should be cancelled.

I have been issued challan for not wearing seat belt for Car No GJ01KS5492 but at the same time police person did not issued challan for not wearing helmet as well as seat belt to other vehicles. Please check CCTV camera of Naranpura Cross Road of timing 3:15 pm to 3:30 pm... This is completely unfair practice & unacceptable. If I m paying Challan for not wearing seat belt other people should also pay for the same fault. They are not doing their work properly, all were busy with only one person & other vehicles were unobserved. Also they left a person caught by them without issuing challan who was on 2 wheeler having 3 person ride. I urge u to sticky take actions about this.

After multiple times calling traffic helpline ; Shambhu coffee bard on HL college road is creating lot of problem for commuters & people staying around near the establishment. Vehicles are parked on both sides of the road creating traffic problems, parking problems for people staying around the area.

I request you to please make sure either you do not allow parking on main road outside Shambhu coffee bar or cancel it shop license since it is creating lot of problems to commuter & people staying in that area.

The traffic police helpline has been called up many times but in vain. They come whistle for few sec, have a coffee and go. Its back to same in next 5 minutes

Vehicle No. GJ01SU8220 is penalised for red light violation on 24th oct 2021 at Star Baazar. The said challan indicates Penalty to be paid, Rs.500. On the same site "Notification Compounding Fees" says for 2 wheeler, penalty for red light violation is Rs.100. If so, then why I am being charged Rs.500. Please clarify at the earliest.
Secondly, it was U turn taken at Star baazar while going from Jodhpur Char Rasta. Isn't it permitted?

My daughter met with an accident on 11/11/2021 at off sindhu bhavan road, circle of gwalia SBR and sujal bunglows, bodakdev. Complain is also lodged at ZYDUS hospital. She has severe injury and may result in partial permanent issue. The boy who is responsible for accident was on Black Bullet bike between 8.15 a.m. to 8.45 a.m.. Bajrang circle has traffic CCTV facility and perhaps even from two CCTV of gwalia SBR also, it can be traced out. My daughter can recognised him by face.

please lodge the complain and help to trace out the person who has not cared to be with her /shift her to hospital after making such a big tragedy with her.
He was on left side of my daughter's vehicle and has taken right all of a sudden without waiting for her to go and hence the accident occurred. Bullets are rare vehicle and in time period of half hour, perhaps one or two such bike must have passed from that road.
Please help for justice.

I have attached a pic and marked where they caught me in white Circle. I was going on to the SG highway from the service road. I didn't break any laws, I had all the necessary documents, followed traffic signals etc everything. But one thing they asked money is for using the service road. They told that it was a wrong way, I was surprised to see there was not even a single sign board which says I am on the wrong side, they should put a sign board atleast. How can a service road can be termed as a highway. I was not even on the Highway. They told me to pay 1500rs for using service road and comming from the wrong side, it was a service road without any board stating its a one way only, I denied after arguing they said pay 500 penalty for this and no challan was given to me and told me in a rude way to get lost. I was new to Ahmedabad in search of job. I just had those 500rs with me for eating something. But because of our great Ahmedabad police I can't. No money so no food and water for me. Shame on you Ahmedabad police. You can see in the pic there is a anand nagar police station too. How much you will be looting the common people, I curse the day will come when your childrens will get no food and water then you will understand the pain of mine.

The Koteshwar Bhat road needs speed breakers urgently. Every other day there is an accident and there was a fatal accident at the fork near the AUDA garden (Yoga park near Amul parlour) few months back.

People come with families to enjoy the AUDA garden. They should feel safe walking in that area and crossing the road. I am also a resident and get intimidated with the speeding vehicles.

Requesting urgent attention for putting speed breakers on both sides of the road in the area.

Today i m coming from nirnay nagar garnala to 132 feet ring road for that i have to go through akhbar nagar circle because my hime is at 132 feet ring road.the traffic police at akhbar nagar circle stop us and told me that you can not go through the bridge and as we all know there is diversion at akhbarnagar circle due to some work and there is no way to come at 132 feet ring road due to diversion and when i tried to tell the traffic police that i want to go 132 feet ring road than he told me don’t argue otherwise you have to pay 1500 rs find .they told me to take round about still they know there is no way due to diversion.is this way to talk with any civilan?they are very rude..

Let you know that we had so many trouble by baggers on traffic signal. When we stop at red light.they are suddenly came and knock window glass like hammer and also damage car body. Sometime we have to slow vehicle cause of them and it is very dangouras for driver highly chance for accident. So please take action for this thing. I complain against trouble on road because i am a respected tax payer and i have to take all comfort from my city road.

There are many rickshaw parked near Jamalpur Bridge which causes a lot of traffic.And each and every time few person are who has to go to the left keeps his vehicle parked on the right When the signal opens, the man is moving from right to left Doing so increases the chances of an accident.In many places cows and buffaloes are seen roaming which also increases the incidence of accidents
Please make a rule for this situation.

We gave the phone to the police officer to show the license and he denied to return the same when done.
I have also shot a video for the same.

This is to bring to your notice wherein the incident took place with me at Pakwan Circle wherein i was coming from the service lane travelling towards Sarkhej and the Traffic Police Constable stopped me and informed me that i broke the rule by coming at the wrong side.
I didn't observe any such barricading or signage board indicating that this actually a wrong side.
While asked police constable Mr. Dabhi representing the police there, informed that they deliberately have not put any signs as they have a certain target to put challans on civilians and doesn't come under their purview.
This was eye opener as having a police constable has no fear is confessing that they are doing this for certain targets and at the same time corporate is not putting board or atleast any demarcation for new entrants of prohibition of entry.
After a detailed discussion, he freed me by taking the wrong side challan of Rs. 3K which is again too high and needs to be reviewed by police and allied authorities for revision.
I was forced to keep the media in this mail but didn't as I believe this needs to be understood by all civilians that they should take all precaution while travelling in the city as police are charging challans by making such scenarios that anyone / everyone can get trapped.
Entire team present at Pakwan Circle missbehaved and they don't have fear at all by making such statements rather they are threatening to trap in other sever laws if we don't give them money.
Request you to take this matter with utter seriousness and take action on the responsible person on duty.
At last this is requested to put required signages / barricading at such places so that people get to know required prohibitions.
I am writing this mail to you as a responsible citizen who never breaks any rules while travelling on road and anticipating a serious investigation on the matter.

Today I was driving alone in my private car and traffic police caught me and ask rs. 1000 for not wearing mask. Hence I wear mask but it was little below to my nose. He stated me that government has put new rules that we have to wear mask even we are single in car. And charged me 1000. We can not talk them legally as they started to gang-up and bully us. Even one person unknown to me in nearby public, he bully him will snatch his mobile and hit him. I don't understand that when I was alonely drive in all window closed car than why need to wear mask and that mean virus spread through air and people have to close their home window and doors all the day. Even he said me that we have daily revenue target and we have to achieve that target. Please give justice
