Aims Max Gardenia Golf City Noida Builder Complaints & Reviews

There are several societies in Sector 75 Noida. Between the societies Golf City Plot 11 and Golf City Plot 8 and surrounded by others, there was a planned Green Area, for a Golf Course and Green Area. Hence the names of the societies.
However since last 15 years, the green area had not been developed, illegally occupied by the builder, and now after clearance has been used to build Commercial Sports Facilities!!
This is clear violation of what was promised, planned and approved by Noida Authority. I do not know how much money Noida Authority is doing here. But it pains me as an educated engineer to see how such clear violations are being neglected and supported by Govt.
10, 000 residents surround this area, and they all bought their homes, thinking and promised a green area with trees and parks.
Now we all have been betrayed.

Urge the concerned person to ethically act and provide relief the common man, who cannot fight with big people like the owners of AIMS MAX GARDENIA.

AIMS MAX GARDENIA is the developer of Golf City Plot 8 Sector 75 Noida.
The project is operational with 90% residents since 2015. However, the builder has completely neglected his ethical responsibility of completing the works. There exists a severe health hazard and safety risk. Recently multiple major fire accidents also happened in the society. Even then the attitude is careless. I urge a concerned person to visit/audit the situation and mobilize action to rectify. 10 towers * 15 floors * 6 houses per floor = 900 residents pay tax to the Indian Govt and we request a response and support on this matter.

1. Basement 1 and 2 are horrible and incomplete with water logging and dirt. Most area is illegally occupied by builder with material storage for his other projects. Severe risk of dengue and malaria due to mosquitoes breeding in stagnange water.

2. Fire Protection System is not installed, this includes no hydrant, no alarm, and extinguishers with expired refilling date. Nothing is working.

3. Finishing works are not started and building is not interested to do.

4. The temporary maintenance team has had 10 years of operation now, most staff work for other projects of builder. RWA elections are not being conducted.

5. Major fire incidents already have happened. Everyone is aware. Still illegal shops (suitable only for Malls and Commercial Places) are being allowed to run, only for rent business by the Builder.

Basically, the builder does not want to complete the project, as he is able to illegally occupy the whole place and conduct illegal business activities.

Noida Authority has taken a blind view to all this. It is not right to only focus on money making activities by the Authority while a criminal conduct is being observed in day light.

Police team actively stands right outside the society, with blind eye to the situation, because their job is ensuring Law and Order, but not to pro-actively avoid unlawful and unorderly situation it seems.

I am sorry for my critical remarks, but being an engineer, what I see as a resident is absolutely shameless and unsafe.
