I booked air ticket no.[protected] but due to covid 19 virus said journey not performed.
I sent many mails to [protected]@airindia.in and [protected]@airindia.in regarding my ticket refund but they aren't responding. I checked my ticket refund at airport that it is showing refund on 20 August but this refund does not credit in my account so please register my complaint and verify...

It is not expected from a airlines whos first motto is hospitality and customer satisfaction.
I have faced an issue during my journey and need a refund due to the illogical and unprofessional behaviour of onboard staff and their facilities. As a customer if i pay full money to my tickets, i want every thing to be perfect that why airlines are charging so much money, it just not about dropping to the destination....
