Here we we booked ticket in air carnival but without any notification they have cancelled and didnot refund the amount there is no response in their phone number please help to refund the amount the customer care no is also not working they are not responding we are very much cheated so kindly help to receive our amount to my account the company should refund the amount Booking ID FMN24BINVW7...

Hai, i planned to travel chennai to trichy dated on 12 th may by air carnivals airlines and booked 3 months earlier. but flight was cancelled one week before the travelling date .i got the call and msg from airlines, till date i have not recived my refund and I tried to call callcentre and went myself to the local office, office was closed. but there was no responded, and mailed twice no use.
