Closing of Airtel Postpaid sim

Hi Airtel team,
I have to raise an issue regarding my Airtel number. Allocated number to me is already used by someone else.
I am getting unwanted call, Message and whatsapp.
Please discontinue my Airtel post paid number [protected] or re-issue to previous owner.

Airtel Postpaid Sim — wrong commitment by mr. mayur and their subordinate priya
Dear Sir/Madam,I had taken a post paid conection of airtel mobil last year but i have face many problems regarding my no [protected]. the problem is that miss priya called me before 3-4 days and told me that if i paid overdue amount of 1915 Rs. then she will give the baver of 415 Rs. and also change the address change request of myside, she promiss me regarding this and told me that its approved by Mr. Mayur ( senior) . after that i have paid 1500 Rs and my no is activated. but since yesterday my out going called barred and i tried to contact Mr. mayur and Priya (suman) but they r not picking my phone, not call back.
Its my humble request to u pls resolve my problem asap.

Airtel Postpaid Sim — wrong bill generation
i m using the airtel postpaid sim since 4 month last 3 month i hav paid maximum 1200 rs. payment but last month company generate my bill 6200 rs. and asking me that my cradit limit was 1200 rs. i m telling him that if my cradit limite was 1200 ? then why r u waiting the 6200 amount . so pls clearing my this problem Namaste,

Charged twice for the same service

Sub:- Illegally charging money for the same service more than once.
Sir,
I, Annkur Soni, have been using airtel mobile no.[protected] for the past more than 5 years. Last year I was called by one of the customer care executive from airtel and told that a new scheme has been launched in which I would be charged Rs. 200/- only for the caller tune activated in my no. instead of Rs. 30 per month. I opted for the same and I was charged Rs. 200/- as annual payment, somewhere in the month of June-July 2010. This year in February again I was asked to pay Rs. 200/-, as I was told that my subscription has expired. I didn’t remember the last time when I made my payment so I took the statement of that executive of yours to be true and again paid Rs.200/- for my caller tune service.
Thereafter in the month of June 2011 again I started getting calls from your customer care for payment of Caller tune charges. I told them every time they called (about 9/10 times) that I have already been charged Rs.200/- in the month of Feb (5.02.2011) only than why am I asked for payment again. Worst part is that I was called during my working time and every time I had to leave the court or my office to attend this call causing me huge inconvenience. After getting frustrated from these calls I finally called the customer care department to discontinue my caller tune service although I had paid for the same. My call was attended by the girl named ‘Mala’ and she admitted the fault of the customer care executives after checking my record as the same clearly reflected that I have already made the payment. To retain me as a customer of Airtel she assured me that next time I won’t be bothered because she had written a special note in my account that I have already made the payment of caller tune services.
To my surprise this did not stop even after this note and I still received calls from your customer care and when I told them to check the note written in my account then instead of replying to me they abruptly disconnected my call. This is totally unprofessional on the part of the company officials and I feel that they are bend to defraud the customers as I have been again charged Rs.200/- on 09.08.2011.
I fail to understand that after attaining such good reputation and being no.1 service provider the company is still need of making money by playing fraud on its customers. I have been made to suffer lot of inconvenience because of your executives and I have been cheated by charging time and again for the same service for which I had already paid.
I hereby request you to pay my money back which has been charged in excess and fraudulently. You are further requested to pay a sum of Rs 50,000/- as compensation for the inconvenience caused failing which I shall be restrained to initiate legal proceedings against you at in the appropriate court of law at your own cost and risk.

unfair mobile bill

I am using airtel postpaid number[protected]. My number is on my aunt's name Mrs Amandeep kaur. On 6 April I received a bill of Rs. 19,505. Which is quite unfair. The customer care executive explained it on the basis of GPRS usage but I have used mobile internet under pack of Rs.98 which offers the free usage of 2 GB in one month. I have used under 1GB of data and used the pack for one week. Being a student I can't afford to pay such a large and unfair amount.

Airtel Postpaid Sim — illegal bill
I got my postpaid card few months back. The service was cut within few days.My no is [protected].Now I'm using some other sim card. but every month I got bill.I never use the sim, but i receive bill every month. I didn't know where to complaint.

Airtel — illegal blocking of sim
Sir,I bought an airtel prepaid connection (number [protected]) from Chandigarh on December 24, 2010 and immidiately got my sim recharged, I got a talktime of Rs. 326 with the condition that i shall have to recharge my prepaid once within 180 days to keep it working. I got it recharged 3-4 times with amount of Rs.100 each before 180 days and used the amount. To my utter surprise my sim has been blocked on 14th may 2011 i.e much before 180 days. I got it recharged on 10th May 2011 for Rs.100. I made enquiries from the customer care centre, I was thereby informed that my number has been blocked and it is not possible to restore it causing me great inconvenience and harrassment. It is therefore requested that necessary action should be taken against Airtel company and I shall be compensated for inconvenience and harrassment due to the negligence of the company.

I am using airtel postpaid number [protected]. My name is Ramnaresh Tyagi . On 6 july I received a bill of Rs. 239. Which is quite unfair. I have complained many times in swaroop nagar . I have contact in mam naveen.so I have confused in many times.i want that sim had blocked . Being a unfair matter, I can't afford to pay such a large and unfair amount.

i hv complaint abt d same problem in CC but there is no inproment in ur services till now...whwen even i m in my home inside...n even sumtime at door steps...network suddenly goes out n thn suddenunly cums after 5 or 10 mins...this happens frequantly n now i m frustrated coz of ths prob...i don knw what u guys do 2 satisfy customers...coz i don even hv time to call in CC every time still i hd to tak out time from my busy scaduels...i my work doesnt allow me to waste my time jus by calling u guys again n again...i finally want d answers from u that what 'll b ur furthers steps??? as i mus knw tht i m using d same number from more thn 3 yrs..n a ganuine cust coz i nvr loos a grip on my bill payments...actualy i pay it even wen sumtimes i don recieve ur bill at my address...bt ths is nt n issues...plz solve my prob wich is almost 3 yrs old..bt no improvemnt...n u guys can understand wat 3YEARS MEANS... i wud hv already changed my network from u to another bt my prob is d number..i cant change it...bt now i think 1s i hv to change my network...coz it is b8r to change to b8r network like vodafone instead of draging ur network jus for d shake of number...hope to hear u soon with a proper resolution...
