I have received Agrement of Sale from M/S Aishvaryaa Diamond having its registered office at #11918, 3rd floor, 80 feet road, Siddaiah PUranik Road, Near Pavitra Paradise, Basaveshwara nagar, Bangalore-560079 represented by the Managing Partner Mr. L.F.PATIL S/O Late Fakir Gouda Patil, aged about 66 years.
The Payment Rs. 1,68,000/- has been made by cheque no. 147735 of HDFC Bank, on 18 Feb 2008.

Forged Plot Sale
Me and many of my colleagues booked Plots in Aishvaryaa Downtown layout near Chikkabalapur in April 08. During booking, it was committed and widely advsrtised that the layout is under approval with DTCP Chikkabalapur and it will be obtained in 6 months. We paid biooking amount of 40% and a sale agreement was prepared.
