Hi,

This is Ayush Agarwal, one of the ultimate consumers of your product. I had purchased a medicine named OLAPAT OD, from your local supplier M/S Sunil Medical Hall located at Joraphatak Road, Dhanbad-826001, Jharkhand on 29th of June 2021. The receipt no. of the purchase is A-0013479.

When I reached home and opened the box I found that there was nothing inside the bottle and as a result I am not able to use any drops from the bottle.

I am very dissatisfied this time and I want a complete refund of my purchase.

I would be highly grateful if you could look into this matter and make an arrangement for the refund of my purchase amount. As the dealer already denied for exchange or refund for the same. I would request you to take immediate action.

I purchased my eye drops i.e., LACOMA- PF on 29th April. Yesterday as I opened it, it was already opened and there were no drops in the bottle I received. I complained about this to the medical shop owner from where I bought it and he said he can't do anything with that.
I m using the medicine from last 1 year and it is the first time something like that happened. I m really pissed off and I m hoping for a full refund and a proper acting from your side.

I was a permanent, hard working and dedicated employee. I have been forced to resign by my senior avp jainandra tripathi. He constantly humiliated me on my financial condition and passed comments on my kajal, all this was affecting my mental condition. So i took this matter to head hr and cfo instead of taking any action against avp they forced me to resign and i am not the only one many others have faced same humiliation by avp. Now the reason given for termination is my senior doesn't like me. Is this the way female employee been treated in a well known organization "ajanta pharma". Pfa the screenshots of my calls and emails that i have repeatedly sent asking for help.

As, am the regular and confirmed employee of ajanta pharma ltd. Company based at chandigarh headquarter. Working as an sales officer (Medical representative) at mohali and during workings hours, i stuck with an road accident dated 25 july 2017 in which i lost my leg proper working because bone is broken and iron rod is inserted inside the leg and am not comfortable to walk a long distance. And my all claims was not cleared by company as am esic (Employee state insurance corporation) employee.
Many a times i approached hr and esi department, but till now no action or step taken by them, kindly resolve my issue and also revert as soon as you get this complaint.
