Regarding distributorship
National cold drink ] working as distributor for shirpur city area(dist.dhule)since six last month one more supplier is supplying big cola products to my market. He tells himself as distributor.when talked about this to local authorities they were unable to sortout issue.now the .pls suggest solution. Hope for fast action.thanking you.

Fraud in Distributorship

Company has given exclusive distributorship for their various product range (Big Cola, Big Orange etc) for SATNA (MP) dist. As per company personnel they will appoint Sales team in the market for Sales but till date company personnel has not been came for distribution and all goods expired. We request company personnel Mr. Soni ji to take the material back but till date there is no communication from the company and goods expired. Pls. advise...

NO Appointment letter. Salary can be double in 2 months too or without intimation can be reduced than offer. NO full N final happens , no leave record. Distributors get expired products & then no adjustment.Employee start searching job in AJE from 2nd day. In last 6 months Director had terminated many employees like as Product Manager, Finance manager, Sr. HR manager, & IT manager, Sales (terminated in bulk)& junior staff too...

But they started their own distubutuion in the same area, finally material with us was expired. we request company to replace the material but co is not entertaining us. They made same type of thing in Raigad , Pune, Satara, Nagar distric....

PF NOT PAID BY COMPANY

I Vinay Dwivedi was working with AJE India Pvt Ltd as Warehouse administrator and now I left orgnisation and I have completed my hadover process with confirmation of all HOD and I got my releaving letter. But in full and final settelment compny is not giving my PF amount and till date company has not create PF account, not only mine not single Employee have PF account in this company and PF amount is been deducted from salary.
