I had invested RS. 2.63 LAKHS in their indirapuram project in 2006.since the project did not start i applied for refund. after numerous visits to their office they told that money will be refunded but since so many people have applied for refund it may take some time . Now his offices are closed and I don't have any contact no. if any body having any contact no of AJS builder Director or any person related to them pls. send me or call me back or any body who had filled the case against them pls. advice... I had given Rs.2,15,000/- in April 2006 for their project in Ganaur.
After seeing no progress I filed for refund at their Kasturbha Gandhi Marg, New Delhi Branch on 10/08/2010 by submitting all the required documents.
Recently I went to their office at KG marg, New Delhi but they are saying that their director is arrested and they have no reply as to when the money will be refunded.
I want to lodge an official complaint...

my father and i booked a plot in Gannuar projectI of AJS BUILDERS AND PAID approx Rs.5 LACS TO them, Now either we are geting any plot nor any refund, they cheated us. Now i request if anybody is having the EOW registered complaint no which can help us to fight a court case against them"AJS Builders".If anybody can help us please share the Registered complaint no under EOW department against AJS Builders or "Madhu Singh" director of the company.

I had booked 2 plots in the sonepat township which was to be launched in 2006 by AJS builders.Till date they have neither started the project nor are refunding me the booking amount.As per info they do not have any land in sonepat and have misled the investors.Incase anybody wishes to share info with me please call[protected]...

We have make investment with that company in 2006 of 2.5 lakhs.At that time he have said he will refund money whenever u want but after one year when we ask for money they refused us ,but after hot arguments thay give us ten numbers of claques,when we drop that chaques in a/c all chaques are stop payment.After it whenever we ask for a money they said give us in nov.and in nov. they said march. Please look into this matter seriously .

i had invested RS. 2.34 LAKHS in their indirapuram project 3 years back .since the project did not start i applied for refund. after numerous visits to their office they issued me post dated cheques of RS 30, 000 each which i presented in september and october 2009 .. all the 4 cheques have been bounced with remarks " payments stopped...
