I booked a house no. 525 in Feb 2017 and submitted all my docs for Loan processing along with booking amount Cheque of INR 25000/. Their behavior was very good till the time of booking and they promised if there is any problem in Loan approval they will refund the booking amount. They promised to process the loan before 31st Mar.2017 however nothing happened, No updates from builder and I called few times but no one answered...

When i was booked flat then builder have no any rules and regulation but now he has a lot of rules. They hide construction quality and a long procedure for site visit.

Builder provide less carpet area and now he is saying he is giving an almira space and in my flat there Builder is not providing almira space and when i was asked for the same they said it's your luck so i don't understand customers gives his money for flat...

Everything was very good unless you made a payment to them, once you are a customer of them and have paid a considerable amount than nobody is there to support you.

They keep building their own rules and have restricted flat owners to visit their flat and to check the progress.

They are about to provide possession in a month or so and customer cannot see the progress and quality of work.br...
