Hi, I had 2 bad experiences with Alamode. I had ordered a shirt costing 1599 (order # Order #103595) which did not fit me well. So I returned it back to them and got a gift card for the amount. I bought another shirt (Order #126222) with the gift card but had to pay for shipping again. They sent me a wrong shirt this time around. I sent it back once again and in spite of numerous requests to the customer care asking to speak to their manager...

I ordered a top on Alamode.in by Akanksha Sethi. Received a damaged one. And it was also a coincidence that it ill-fitted me as well. On contacting their INSTAGRAM TEAM for an exchange request, they ACCUSED ME OF DAMAGING THE TOP so that I can get an easy exchange.. who does that??
