I have invested in alchemist township india limited in 2013 the amount of rs 50000/-of local branch office in bhagalpur bihar.
It is supposed to be matured in 31/07/2019or the money (Rs 100000/-) should be pay back to me by 31/07/2019. Till date i have not received any information or the matured amount for the same.
What to do to get back the money?

I deposited rs. 1, 00, 000/- on 12/09/2013 in your scheme (Certificate of property) being certificate no. Tcc0785587 dated 12/09/2013 in the name of sarbani ray, resident of 17/1, ramkumar ganguly lane, b. Garden, howrah-711103 (West bengal). I had made a complaint dated 31.12.2019 for non receipt of payment of maturity value. But i regret to say that i have not yet any received any information from your site. Please do the needful accordingly in this regarding.

I, rakhi bandyopadhyay, of resident flat no 9, srishti apartment, 237, ho chi minh sarani, sakuntala park, kolkata-700061 had opened a fixed deposit account with mis facility on 24.12.2013. Certificate no ta02592151 dt 14.01.2014 maturity date - 24.12.2016, amount - rs 2, 00, 000/-. Mis amount received till august 2015 since then neither mis nor maturity amount from the company. Several reminders were given to alchemist kolkata office in person. But no fruitful result is achieved.

Six month span that matured on 30/09/2018 with matured value of rs. Forty thousand after investing of rs. Twenty thousand. Sheetladevi by the alchemist township india limited fixed deposited policy dated 19/08/2013 and28/06/2013 for five years agent rajkumar prajapati and ram awadh yadav the alchemist township of india was limited from azamgarh, uttar pradesh branch office.in the above policy, 75000 rupees was purchased. The different four bonds of maturity amount which were given bythe company on the date 02/09/2018, which were completed on 09/09/2018 by shrishyamnarayan prajapati, but the refund was not yet given by the company, their policy numberrespectively are ta01119093, ta01119094, ta01119095 and ta01119096 and customer id arerespectively tc00329348, tc00329347, tc00329351 and tc00329350.in addition, in the name of mrs sheetla devi, the policy number ta00621937 and customer id 150000rs under tcc0053092 the maturity amount policy was taken, whose maturity date was on 22/07/2018, but even afterfour months passed by alchemist township india limited no refund of any policy has been doneaccording to its bond, in this regard, to talk to the agent but they say that no refund is being doneby the company. Alchemist township is going to get money from the people but do not return themback on time, people are struggling and he is having problems in fulfilling his needs, so it is myrequest to you that the amount of fixed deposit in the said company which is 300000 rupees (Fourbonds of 75000rs) in the account of shri shyam narayan prajapati and 150000rs please amendthe amount of refund as soon as possible in the account of mrs sheetla devi, if the company isdelayed further, then return the amount along with interest. Copy of the above five policy bonds areattached with this complain. Please be pleased to take immediate action on this.

I, biswanath chattopadhyay, invested rs 1 lakh in alchemist township india limited on the date: 31/12/2015 in mis scheme for three years. I received customer id: tyy0079873 and certificate no:ta02752242 dated 21/1/2016 against this investment in alchemist township india limited

I have received only 1st dividend warranty along with certificate. After that i have receive neither dividend warranty nor ecs in my proposed bank account. So almost 2years 6 months has already gone without getting any dividend. I have no option to approach local office because that is also shut down. The date of maturity is on 31/12/2018 but i am afraid of not receiving the amount after maturity.

I have already lost one eye-sight vision due to retina detachment. An immediate operation is needed, but it will be little bit costly. So i am in an urgent need of money. I believe that you will understand my condition and will review this matter and take immediate action to sort it out as soon as possible.

Summarizing all, it is my humble request to clear my all due dividend amount at a time to solve my financial crisis and return my principal amount after maturity. I assume that you will sort out my issue and will not let me pursue this matter through consumer forum and other legal channels.

Financial fraud of m/s alchemist township india limited, non payment of mis and fd after maturity

I had invested in fd of alchemist township india limited which was supposed to be matured on 04.08.2016 for rs 7, 60, 000.00 with certificate id no t/c 340913. However company has not paid us the matured amount till now.
We had invested in mis of rs 7, 00, 000.00 lacs having validity upto 28.08.2017 with certificate id no ty00012333. We have been paid the monthly instalment upto june 2016 only. After june 2016 our monthly instalment has not been paid.in both cases no authentic information were being given by the company despite of several reminders. The authorised agent of the company who was coordinating with us has been absconding and did not give any response over phone.
We have tried to contact the company through all communications (Email/phone etc) but did not get any response. This has led us to deep financial hardship and is unable to live life with dignity.
Requested to take up the issue at the appropriate level of company’s management and consumer court or any other readdressal mechanism for speedy resolution of the same.

I would like to lodge my complaint against the financial company where I invested as on authorised by the sebi and after incorporation from the R.O.C the said company has been harassing for outstanding monthly interest from the month of August, 2015 and which is lying as matured as on 17.01.2016 but after physical visit with their Kolkata office and met with Mr. Chowhan on 25.02.2016 who is Highly official of the said company and as on his advice while I had visited with my original certificate to submit for my outstanding monthly interest and for the maturity payment but at the counter they refused to collect my application and all my original certificates and necessary documents but after that the said company staff advice out of office procedure they advice me to deposit without any acknowledgement and as on their advice it may be renewed for further 2 years renewal.

As on such advice I really now confused and so eager to receive my maturity value from the said company and at the same time for my outstanding monthly interest till the date of maturity.
