Hi Your shipment [[protected]] is on its way to India but cannot be cleared from customs due to: Consignee name does not match with provided KYC. Please share KYC Documents in consignee name and address they are sending me like this sir but i submitted my documents clearly but its getting rejected because the address provided by me is different from the address in my documents sir because i am a student i have given delivery address where i study not where the documents address is…so please try to solve my issue sir please sir

Dear Sir/Madam, In January this year, I made a bank transfer of 913.90 GBP (966USD) to the wrong supplier (also one I use in Alibaba), as the names started in the same way, I got them mixed. Once I realized I did the wrong payment I got in touch with Alibaba customer service immediately. My bank recommended for Alibaba to reject the payment so it would return to my account and I would send it again to the correct supplier, also an Alibaba seller. They didn´t. They asked for all types of documents from me and the wrong supplier. Once provided, they asked for other documents saying these were better to fill in. You can imagine me pressing the supplier to write and sign these over their Chinese New Year holidays. But they did it. Then Alibaba customer service said they have made the payment and sent me a tracking number to find the money. My bank, Wise, got in touch with their bank to find out where the money was. Almost 2 months later even after constant reminders, this bank has not given a final answer. On the other hand, Alibaba customer service has been doing an awful job, not being helpful at all, just asking for more and more documents not providing more than a receipt where the only correct thing was my company name, but it didn´t include any bank details, etc and the amount was 11 GBP less. Even so, I didn´t receive any money. I asked them time and time again to contact their bank and provide a proper receipt showing the money has been transferred to my account which they have been dismissing saying I need to prove first I didn´t receive the money. It has been disappointing as the customer service of this company used to be excellent. Now everybody acts like a robot repeating the same thing not providing solutions. And it is exactly 3 months from the date I contact them with the issue. My stock is sitting at the manufacturer´s warehouse waiting for Alibaba to refund my money in order to send it to the correct supplier and get the stock moving.
I am a platinum buyer, and the supplier transaction number was 12990201301220118200400010238 from January 17th, 2022. I need to be refunded a.s.a.p. It has had a very negative effect on my business so far and will have even bigger if I do not receive the money soon. Thank you.

I made an initial payment of an invoice of 6350 USD on 30000 USD.
My supplier cannot supple me if i dont complete the paymemt. i have lost access to my alibaba account. And i am unable to complete the payment and i want to know after howlong can alibaba refund to the payer's bank account when the whole invoice price has not been paid

I have ordered an item from Alibaba it's a low price mobile phone to gift my daughter her birthday is coming near 25th June 2021 the product received in the destination country (Kolkata air foreign rlo building)
But they hold the product for unknown reason .
As it is a very low price product light in weight also package should be small in size as it's only a cheap priced mobile phone .
Don't know what the doing.
Plz sir help me and currently release my product.

We had purchased few Littmann Stethoscope from following company but they are keep on coming with reason to get money without delivery the equipment
we dont know, How Alibaba given Gold partner to such kind of companies who is looting poor business people money
we trust Alibaba thats why we are purchasing from far away location

I sent laptop inquiry to mr. Usman ahmed thru alibaba.com shopping portal, and he share someone number "contact agron on whatsapp number +[protected]" and told me to contact him for my order, i try to contact him, and mr. Agron said the hp omen 17-inch gaming laptop intel i7-9750h 16gb 512gb cost is $300 and you need to pay $150 advance before shipping, i paid him $150 amount in below account :

Now mr. agron ask me more money to pay him, the amount is excess of product cost, mr. agron force me to pay $200 more before delivery, otherwise they not deliver my product. And now he said pay me more $200 amount otherwise he will not deliver my product and i lost my 50% advance payment

I created a free membership account on alibaba.
When i login to see gold membership price of alibaba.
After a couple minutes i received call from alibaba Ahmadabad team for purchasing gold membership.When i refused to take gold membership survive at that particular time, they told me that they will suspend my account because it is not verified without any reason.
because i have not purchased the gold membership, they deleted my account.
It took lot of time for me to update product pictures and details in site.
After this i have never made even a free membership account with alibaba.

Fraud by alibaba india - we purchased 1 year premium gold supplier membership on alibaba india on 22 march 2016, for which we paid rs. 73, 399/- as full fee to itech ecommerce company, building no. 21 kaushambi ghaziabad 201001. The agent in charge is ankit israni [protected]@itechecommerce.com +91 [protected], noida sector-2, c91 & c92. Our alibaba id is [protected].

Upon using it for 4 months, we repeatedly found out that 100%...

Dear Sir,

I have been to Alibaba outlet in Salt Lake Sector 5 near Webel for taking lunch today May 21st, 2010.
We took three Thumps Up 300 ml bottles.

To our surprise, when the bills were provided to us, we found that, each 300 ml bottle of Thumps up was charged Rs 25, when the MRP was written as Rs 12 on the bottle.

We never thought it can go beyond Rs 12, but unfortunately since we were unware of their extra charges, we had to pay the same.

I would request to take some action on this.
