Aliens Space Station 1 is a residential complex with 13 Stations(with 6-7 towers in each station) with 2182 Apartments, started in 2007-08 with pre-sales started in 2006 only by Aliens Group, MD Hari Challa, and JMD Venkat Prasanna Challa. It is now 2015. Out of 13 Stations, ONE station is structurally completed with 30 Floors. Owners need to pay more than 40-90% than agreed amount to get handover. Owners of other stations will be shifted to shifted upon paying this extra value only. Customers of this only station also has to pay more than agreed to get handover. No Plans on further construction. No details on handover. No updates on site progress. But having bouncers to throw the customers who questions. Aliens Group has a credibility of having more than 100s of cases in State and National Consumer Courts. Aliens Group has a credibility among 100s of customers who had filed FIRs in RCPuram Police Station against this Fraud. By Prasanth, a customer of Aliens Group since 2010, invested with a hope that it would be handed over in 2011 as promised by Aliens Group, in the one and only station structurally completed., filed case in State Consumer court and received judgement to take handover. At present the constructed flat is being used as their office without my permission.

Aliens Group, Hyderabad a company solely designed to cheat common man and a mastermind in the real estate to completely deceive people in the name of providing flats, Lands etc. They deploy unethical ways to lure customers. Till now they have trapped more than 500-1000 customers by showing fraud construction layouts and brochures to showcase that they are building apartments with latest enhanced advanced technologies but the reality is they take huge loan amounts as initial payments and then they suddenly stop responding. You will only realize the reality when you visit in person and see that absolutely there is no construction being carried on since 2007 except one tower which itself is completely non-functional.you will then realize that you are robbed mercilessly your hard earned money. Never ever believe marketing officials of Aliens Group (Aliens Space station1, Aliens Skypark and now Aliens HUB) owners have now register a FIR ( Crime number 14/2015, RCPuram Police Station, Medak district) and already there are 300 plus Consumer cases against Aliens Group, Hyderabad

Aliens group is abig liar and has played with my trust. Also i feel my money and savings have been wasted by dealing with them for a flat at space station 5 years ago i booked for flat 709, but till now i am only getting lame responses on phone by Aliens Group. I am planning to sue them in court soon if they dont redress to my complaint seriously

Hi, Me and my husband bought a flat at Aliens Space Station One Project @ Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Though we signed the sales deed sometime in 2010 with promised handover by end of 2011 or mid 2012, we are still waiting for the construction to be completed. The Aliens Customer Care has not been able to answer my basic queries about permissions obtained for construction for this project, and the agreement from landowners to proceed with...

1) At the time booking the flat, SS1 people told me that this is landlord flat and you have to pay 30% of amount from your pocket and for remaining 70% you can go for home loan. I paid 250000 as token amount.
But now they are telling that as it is a landlord flat you can not get the home loan for this flat and you have to pay 100% from my pocket.

2) At the time of booking they told that they will handover the flat in August 2012 and now they are telling handover of the flat will be in 2015.

3) At the time of booking they told that we can suggest some alterations to internal bedroom door positions as per vastu and now they are telling no alterations are allowed.

This is regarding dishonouring the cheques.

We booked 2 plots at Aliens Hub under the buy back scheme in Dec 2007 with a lockin period of 3 years. After the lockin period was we exercised the buyback option since we didn't see any development even after 3 years.

After a struggle of 3 months we were issued post dated cheques in March 2011, cheques would suppose to mature starting in months of Nov 2011 till Feb 2012.

However, when we deposited cheques they bounced with reason as insufficient funds. When we contacted the builder they told us they had to pay some lump sum amount to GHMC so all other payments including our were stopped. And they promised to release our payment in few months.

Even after 6 months we didn't receive our money. Our cheques validity is about to expire and we don't know what to do.

WARING: Stay way from Aliens Group these are a group of fraudsters!!!
