I have bought OMEE capsule (10 Nos.), 8 capsules I have consumed. In remaining 02 capsules different color (gray/black) pellets found in one capsules.
It may be product mix-up or product may deteriorated.

Subject: Broken Capsule (i.e body and cap not aligned properly - cap got folded)

This is to inform you that yesterday i.e[protected], we purchased one blister pack of Amoxicilln Capsule IP 500mg, i.e. batch number 20281449, MFG. 07/2020 and EXP. 06/2022.

During consumption, it is observed that the capsule got broken and the powder is coming out to capsule cavity.

Kindly conform, this capsule whether can intake or to be rejected.

Sample is available for retrieval.

My mother use to take A to Z tablet every day. One day she found defected tablet from strip. The coating of the tablet was having fungus like structure but was dried.

I purchased Clavam 375 6 tablet and found expanded form first I like it is color but it's expanded. It's not good for patients please clarify.

Hi,

I had purchased A2Z Tabletes of Alkem Laboratories Ltd 4 complete packs of Tabletes but the orange color of tablets is removed in all the packs .

My Suggestion its a very good brand name company if this type of manufacturing default is company making, Their Quality Check Teams not working properly then they should Stop manufacturing it.

My self anil kumar biswal as a employee of alkem laboratories ltd from the date of 01.04.2010 to 01.08.2011 and my employee code-019941, hq-keonjhar, region-cuttack, state-odisha, i tried to know my epf number to settle my epf account therefore i call many times to alkem office to know about my epf number but they are not give me any suggestions or any data, so please help me to settle my account than i thank full to you. I have purchased on about 12.12.17 'switch 100 dt" batch no. 6133421 mfg november 2016 (Photo attached) from global pharmacy, shantivan, borivali east, mumbai 400066.

Patient, my father who is above ninty years age, was complaining about stomuch upset on taking the tablets. Last table we broke open. We found some foreign black object in the tablet (Photo attached). Immediatly this was shown & reported to global pharmacy. They informed that matter will be taken as and when company distrbutor will visit there shop. There was no action or reply from pharmacy.

You are requested to look into the matter and revert back.

Sir i'm purchase a kojiglo forte cream on madplus at bellary. After opening the product i identify the colour of cream is different compared to last time purchasing cream. So i call to manager of this product and he said some defect in the cream so the colour will changes so u go and exchange the product where ur buy this cream. But sir ur madplus agency is not exchange my product because ur opened. But sir without opening the seal how to identify the defect. Or colour. So plz u have to exchange my product. U have plz inform to that agency.

We had purchase two bottles of Clavam Forte for 6 day coarse as advised by docter.On finishing 3 day coarse when 2nd bottle was opened & solution mixed we found that colour of solution was different . i m pharmacy owner from gujarat .from almost a year now i m selling ur product name DERMIKEM OC CREAM 3 month ago u have self manufacturing product that time cream clolour is white and result also good now ur product from 3rd party manufacturing EAST AFRICA (I)OVERSEASE. since that time cream colour is yellow and many complaint regarding result also from customers so pls check this issue and solve it ..

Respected Sir/Madam, I bought these tablets for my mother from a local medical store. It was shocking to see that the film inside the box is all empty and there are no tablets in the whole box. My name is Dibakar Deb from Goalpara, Assam. I have complaint against your product that have purchased from retailer Amitax 500MG inj which have no level on the vial. But the Vial is fully packed with plastic cover having batch no. AMIM2017AH, Exp date. 06/14 M.R.P Rs. 66.50/-.
I was really shocked to see this and keep the vial separately. Now I am waiting fro your reply about the said products. I want to ask you why are your company play with our lives or harassment us by doing this.

PF CLAIM NOT RECEIVED
Hello,
I have made a claim against my PF which was accepted by the EPFO on 9-Aprol-2011, however I am yet to receive the same.
The numbers provided on the website are never answered.
I would like to know how do I take this up with the EPFO inorder to expedite the claim process.
