I have placed an order for my daughter on All India Florist site on[protected] Order Number: CART27024289, which contained one Ferrero Rocher 16 piece box with 6 red roses in SAME basket for delivery on Date: 13th Feb, 2011.to vijayawada. The entire day has passed but the did not deliver the order. I called them and requested by phone to deliver it today itself but all in vain. Delivered a different product from the one mentioned in the website
Hi,
I have placed an order with All India Florist (http://www.buyflowersgiftsonline.com/dubai-2.htm) for sending a flower vase with 12 red roses to my husband in Dubai. You can check the above link for the Order i have placed.
They have deducted my back account for 55$ - 2500Rs and has send my husband few redroses and some pink roses and lots of leaves arranged in a big drinking glass.

sub standard product provided
Respected sir,
I am highly dissapointed with http://www.allindiaflorist.com service as I feel cheated to recieve a sub-standard product instead of the one i ordered seeing at their site (pics of both attached with this form.)Since i think they do not deserve to claim themself to be genuine service provider as i have been sent another product than what i asked for; I take it as a mandatory step not to recommend any of my associates...
