It's your best day as a bride and u r the star. Being fairly good looking and a model makeup was only meant to highlight my features more on my wedding day. They always say do airbrush makeup wen I have already paid 15000/ pay another 1500 more which is fine as its my wedding. But to my horror such a bad experience ..I was looking fab until the kajal was put and my eyes became watery..instead of cleaning n cleaning tht area the kajal...

I Have brought a hearing aid form E.S.I.C Dwarka Ramphal Chowk as on Dtae: 06-Feb-12 unfortunatly it is defective .

But Now they are refusing to replace it al though it is in the warranty period and claimming 650? for the same.

I booked Bharti Taneja- Alps for my bridal and pre bridal make up. They charged me some where around Rs 8000/- for bridal makeup and Rs[protected]/- for pre bridal make up. I was assured that my makeup shall be done by best of their trained make up staff. However nothing of that sort happened. I was highly disgusted to see my myself after makeup. More so the staff is damn arrogant and proud. They do even care to listen to your request....

I have made a booking for the bridal package for my sister for jan 24th 2011, the booking was done 1 month back. The people at your office ask to come around 5.30 at your office for the service. Due to the traffic my sister reached at 6.05. She was charged a late fee of 20 % on the package that was rs 8000. The charge rs 9600 at the preet vihar branch. You should have informed us before that there is a charge of 20 % extra...
