I purchase the above product in 2019 and the men 2020 gave a comprehensive service contract fir two years @ 9000/+ which will expire in feb’2022 but a couple of days back on service engineer came and said that membrane filter not working and need replacement and will be charged as this change is allowed free only once a year. That means contract not comprehensive will be treated as cheating.. please take care before using Aquaguard products....

I have made complaint (complaint number - CMPG[protected]) for my bill correction on 18/09/2020 and since 24/09/2020 status for my complaint is under process and it will take 10 working days. but till date no update on my bill and the last date to pay bill is 05/10/2020, so I would request to correct my bill as soon as possible and no late fee please.
