Summary :I bought Amara Raja battery - AMARON AP-BTX5L 5 Ah Battery for Bike. This had 4 year warranty and has not even come for 4 months .I feel cheated when reputed companies cheat honest customers
Background : The battery was ordered on 20 November 2020, Order#[protected] and delivered on 29 November .Since last few days it has not been working

Suggested Option :As i didnt buy locally, i need to know how to get replacement at home or full reimbursement Plus compensation for my time wasted

It is bot working, regularly i am complaining, but not resolving the issues, trying to call on customer care number, it is always conjusted network, please resolve the issue it;s three years warranty is being expired.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a Amara Raja model " Xenon" invertor on 17th June09. from amara Raja dealer M/s Excess Power Control Equipments Dehradun for our Dehradun Showroom- address 56 Subhash Road Dehradun

The invertor is not giving proper back up since we have purchased. We have made enough calls to dealer but he is not responding. HE has stoped picking my calls now.

I had called the customer care no . Delhi [protected] which is mentioned on their website .http://www.amararaja.co.in/ccare.html, in turn they have given me another no. to call, which is continuously busy.

Please guide & help.
