I purchased car battery Amaron make FAB0604W209004 ( AAM -GO-00038B20R) on[protected], after few months its working starts deteriorating thereafter i visited concerned dealer and he took my battery for 2 days and reissued it to me but still it is not working as i complaint to him but he told me that you have a problem in your car as i have old battery still with me which is seven years old and of same make and is still better...

I am regular user of Amara Raja batteries for my Car/Scooter. Every time battery has serviced me for about 5 years. However, when I got my scooter battery replaced on 11.05.2020, it serviced me only for about 2 years and 2 months despite being the best of the batteries (Power Zone) from Amara Raja batteries as told by the dealer. This has been the first time that battery of my car/scooter has gone dead within such short span of time.

The Gurantee period is four years from[protected] to[protected]. So the Inverter Battery AMARON CURRENT is under Guarantee. On[protected], The Retailer, Ludhiana (Mobile no.[protected] and mobile no.[protected] had given assurance that if any defect will be occurred in the battery then battery will be replaced immediatey without any delay, as such, on the assurance of the The Retailer, Ludhiana, I have purchased the said battery. The Inverter Battery AMARON CURRENT, DFA 1305S111986, AAM-TT-CR00165TT is having perennial manufacturing defect which was brought the notice of the Retailer, Ludhiana. The Retailer has put off the matter on the one pretext or the other and he flately refused to replace the battery. Thereafter I have send Email to your company and also call made to customer care no.[protected] but all in vain.
The said Inverter Battery AMARON CURRENT, DFA 1305S111986, AAM-TT-CR00165TT is having perennial manufacturing defect. I have lodged complaints at customer care no.[protected] in Dec. 2021 and Jan. 2022 regarding perennial manufacturing defect in Inverter Battery AMARON CURRENT as defect in Inverter Battery AMARON CURRENT which can neither cure nor repaired nor removed. So Inverter Battery AMARON CURRENT is required to be replaced by your Company.

Neither your company nor Retailer have ready to give Guarantee as They have flately refused to give Guarantee deliberately, intentionally, willfully and purposely.
The Retailer of your company has flately refused to replace the Inverter Battery AMARON CURRENT. Your company has openly asked that there is no Guarantee on these products.
In this manner, all you in active connivance with each other have taken me for a ride, caused me unbearable mental agony, hardship, deprivation, harassment, humiliation & as all sincere efforts have, I have proved futile & have rather indulged in unfair trade practice.
It is, therefore, requested that Inverter Battery AMARON CURRENT, DFA 1305S111986, AAM-TT-CR00165TT having perennial manufacturing defect with brand new Inverter Battery AMARON CURRENT may kindly be replaced immediately

Dear sir,
This is in regards to the battery purchased by me, thru one of your retailer m/s shanti auto & electric accessories, ठंडी सड़क, farrukhabad, on 20june 2015, vide cashmemo no. 944 dt.[protected].
I installed this on my inverter at my house at 62, shiv puri, gali no 1, niwari road, modinagar on 25. June 2015, since last two years or more it was working perfectly and giving me the power backup of more than 7 hours, but last 10 days it started giving me problem,
So i called on your customer service and they sent a mechanic fromyour dealer m/s durga enterprises, modinagar, these people took my battery for checkup on 05 june 2018 and came back on 10 june 2018 claiming that the battery is ok, with backup timing of 3 hours, there's no need to worry
And there is no replacement can be done, when i called my mechanic in front of them he checked the battery and told them that two out of सी cells are damaged/defected, but they didn't agreed and installed the battery on my inverter.

16 batteries of 42ah found faulty at Government Polytechnic College-Bhuj your representative visited site without any advance intimation to us & reported as UPS faulty but actually it is false report as we have already checked batteries on another UPS same error occurs please plan visit with prior intimation so that our person for combine visit to resolve the issue
