I have purchased watch on 21st Feb 2024 and I received tis on 24th FEB. After opening the box watch was not powering on. Received new watch was faulty. After connecting with customer support I was sent watch to service centre. Now today i have received the watch (after 23 days). I have opened the box and found lots of spots and dust on this watch which means i have received refurbished watch. Customer support experience is very bad. They are not responding at all. Even on call or WhatsApp no.

I purchased an amazefit band 7 from the company’s website on 17/02/23. Payment got deducted twice as their was some issue with the website, it was hanging after payment and order was not placed the first time. After that the ordeal started as the company has a shocking and horrible customer care team, which does not respond to calls and mails. After multiple attempts, the customer care agent verified and approved that extra payment has been made and refund shall be issued to your mode of payment. But, even after 10 days no refund has been received, no communication in this regard has been received as well and now they are not responding to any calls or mails. Most probably they block the numbers of aggrieved customers. This is fraudulent behaviour and I am feeling cheated.
