We have purchased 5 items on 23rd july. order no.[protected].
order amount 1774.
Amazon accepted the return on these 5 items and refunded on 30th july. But amount has not been credited till on . Its more than a month...

I had ordered a book..Till ten days I didn't receive (10th day was the last day of delivery) No call and communication from seller. After informing regarding the same to Amazon customer care ...I was told to wait for 2 more days ...post which on further reply from seller A-Z case was filed against him...the moment the case was filed I got a bullying call from the seller (Jain Books) that how come I filled A-Z case...the seller literally misbehaved...

This is a complain about a purchase of an ink cartridge ac 803 (Black) the first one delivered had no ink in it after complain. Another one was sent. It worked. Only i was able to print out only 6 a4 size paper. The ink has finished. Why is this fraud from such a vast company as yours, only for a ac 803cartridge. You mean to say that i shall recommend any of my known friends to purchase from your site. I would like you to repay my money....
