I had ordered WACOM One by CTL-672/K0-CX Medium 8.5-inch x 5.3-inch Graphic Tablet (Red and Black) from Amazon India vide Order No[protected] on 20 April 2021. The seller was Amazon seller 'Nikk Man'

A package was delivered to me against this order on 27 April 2021 and I made a payment of Rs 6059/- in cash to the delivery agent.

On opening the package I found only a 200 ml water bottle in it instead of the ordered product. I immediately reported the matter to Amazon Customer Care telephonically who assured me that a return pickup would be done and my money refunded as Amazon Pay balance. The return pickup was scheduled a couple of days later and the pickup agent did come but he did not have any instructions from Amazon India that the item to be taken back by him on return pickup was a water bottle i.e. a different item from the ordered item. Rather Amazon India had given the pickup agent instructions to pick up the originally ordered item i.e Wacom tablet and therefore the pickup agent refused to take back the water bottle. i again reported the matter to Amazon India Customer Care who assured me that this time they would include appropriate instructions for teh pickup agent and rescheduled the pickup for a couple of days later. The same thing happened again inthe second pickup attempt and again on reporting to Amazon India Customer care, they gave me the same assurance and rescheduled the pickup.

This has happened five times so far . I even addressed the matter to Amazon India over twitter after which the customer service agent told me that the matter had been escalated to the social media Team. I exchnged a few emails with the social media team but they are still as on date saying that the matter is 'under investigation' and not refunding the money.

    I bought a dining table from amazon which was delivered on 14th august’19. It was supposed to be installed on 16th aug 2019. I was shocked to speak with your technician (Mr manoj) who not only used abusive language but also refused for installation. It seems that he has some grudges with amazon and customers like me are at the suffering end because of this. I have been following up with amazon team since 17th august’19 but it is extremely disappointing to see that i am getting assurance for installation within 24 hours and no action has been taken in this regard. I fail to understand how a multi national brand like amazon fails to honour its basic commitments n services to its customers.

    I really don’t know who to connect with to get a simple installation done.

      Dear Sir,

      this venkat from bangalore, to day but if iam entering the pin code it is showing the product may be avail please checkout and i connectecd call to amazon care executive i asked for 570002 is avilable are not costomer ex told me yes it is available sir, i tried from 2.30 pm to night . but product deliver pickup locATION SELECT LIKE THAT I HAVE SELECTED one by one but it is showing sorry we cant deliver the product so why they have to show lower prized sellers after entering the pin code it is amazon/ seller is cloud tail. please take action on these peoples . as acostomer i have losed 1 gb data & my 1 and half hour call cost to talhk with cae. i nned product with same price. like 22882 rupees as mentioned in website and offer on card. the product is IFB sanorita aaqua SX front load.
