Oney`i order by mistake digital service for a book that i needed gastric sleveve weight loss surgery, i needed the book, they charge me $3.19 for a digital service that i did not recevied, (Order # do[protected] on july 3, 2017 at 11:13a. M. Also some one took out $11.73 on my credit card that i did not give permisson on july 6, 2017 for a membership i need that money back in my account!!! On June 22nd of 2016 ...my bank account had $99.00 taken from it by Amazon. Never heard of them. I want my money returned to my bank account. I already have people working in this matter. I have a merchant code number on this and also a merchant ID number...an acquirer ref. number. I have all the info I need. It's hard to trust people these days...just as hard as to trust the ones I'm writing this complaint to. I personally don't think anything...
