Sir,
I have visited AXIS BANK ATM ID-SPCC2008 on 02.01.2017 at 18:26:32 Rs. 4000/- & SBI BANK ATM ID[protected] on 02.01.2017 at 20:09:50 Rs. 4000/- made a transaction for a total amount of Rs 8000/- the transaction was failed and no money came but this amount was debited in my salaries saving account their for I have request to IOB Bank reverse Rs. 8000/- credited in my saving account No Cash was received from ATM....

To, Municipal Commissioner, Bhavnagar I complaint against Mr Mukesh Thakkar, residing at Plot No. 70 & 71 Rekha Co-Op Hosing Society Sidshar Road Near Lella Circle Top3, Bhavnagar 364001, wants to register complaint against the illegal Shop construction work In Residential Area so pls so do as soon as possible closed the shop because time also morning 7/30 to 1/30 and after noon 3/30 to 9/30 night and parking problem in society kids also...
